Wilmott is doing an abysmal job here. Stilted, meandering, no point, all the answers are "It could happen" "Sometimes people react that way". Pointless.
am I alone in thinking she actually does not have a lot of Trial experience? OR just is not that smooth with what to ask??

I see Samuels is still on the stand and Wilmott just brought up the subject of "the crime scene" and Juan's asking to approach. Have I missed anything earth shattering?
By the way, I'm not giving the judge a break on the whole "it's a Dpc so everything goes" crap anymore. She has let this trial go way off the rails.
I'm afraid a jury member might buy this
