I believe some of it can be used in the States rebuttal because it's contradicting things Ms. Arias told this doctor.

Like, she told the doctor she didn't say anything to TA when she found out he was 'dating,' and looking for a wife. But in the interrogation tape she said someone told her and she confronted TA and they got in a big fight.

She lied to the doctor and anyone else within earshot.
