Some of what you've written above is an interpretation from a prosecutor whose job it is to win his case.
A woman striking out at her mom while locked up in a jail - shows frustration, broken relationship, mean-ness, anger.... NOT evil.

A woman "claiming" she kicked a dog once while trying to convince a police interrogator how little violence she has in her - in a bid to duck a murder accusation - taken with a grain of salt. I don't like people who kick animals. If it happened - it's horrible and mean. But it's NOT evil.
We can be sure she only picked the least damning example for him, and that she lied about how bad she hurt the dog.
Slashed tires... well - the media is having a field day with that, but there is a reason it's not in evidence. It's hearsay.

And we also know about it outside of court from Lisa, the woman it happened to. She couldn't testify in court because JM thought it was too prejudicial as to this case.
It happened. Jodi slashed both their tires one night, then came back and did it a second time. Do you know how all his friends first thought "Jodi did it" when they heard he was dead? And that they were right? That's the same way we know she slashed his tires.
Friends of Travis claimed he told them that she did this or that. At the time Travis and Jodi were in a very secretive kinky sex relationship. Not one of his friends knew about it. There's no way to put that into context. IF JA was stalking TA for real, and slashing his tires, I highly doubt he would be inviting her over for booty calls and phone sex.
Then you know nothing about domestic abuse. Didn't you see Laviolette's testimony about how abuse victims stay with their abusers?
Slashing tires is juvenile. Plently of people do crap like that when a relationship goes bad. It's abusive. It's NOT evil.
It's one piece of the evil pie of Jodi. Just like the totality of the circumstantial evidence proves she planned to kill him, the totality of the evidence of her character proves her evil.
Butchering Travis - if that was planned and carried out as part of a plan - it is absolutlely, unquestionably evil in every way.
Killing a man in the heat of passion is also right up there on the scale.
What actually happened that day isn't known though.
You don't have to personally witness something to know it happened. We do know because there is enough evidence to show she planned it.
You can try to guess - but a guess is a guess. If you guess wrong - does it make the person evil?
No guessing needed. If evil means anything real, it fits Jodi as much as anybody. You left out tons of her other atrocities. You left out again how she has smeared Travis as a pedophile and abuser, continuing her victimization of the man.
Everything known of JA during her life shows her as a kind, sometimes "doormat" girl who depended too much on her relationships.

Not Ms Independence. A girl who dated a guy who called her names in emails and carried out a secret relationship. That's not the picture of evil.
A girl who followed her ex on his dates, snuck in his house uninvited, peeped in his windows, spied on his emails, trapped a woman in a bathroom because he touched her publicly, sent a viciously hateful email to a woman he was dating, lied to him constantly to manipulate him, slashed his tires, and, oh yeah, stabbed him 28 times, cut his neck in half and shot him in the head.
You have a strange definition of evil.
