Does this really surprise any of us? The DT is going to delay the inevitable as much as they possibly can? They are back there with the judge taking up as much of Juan's time as possible, and they will do so until he's done with his cross. She should only allow as much time as the prosecution got with her.

I would not be surprised if the DT is in chambers trying to suggest to the Judge that Juan is too hard on their witnesses.

I am sure they feel that way, but they are not allowed to talk about Juan without him being present in chambers.

I am really curious what they [ DT plus the killer] are doing back there now without the prosecution being there too.

And then it will be a 90 minute break for lunch in an hour/half. This is ridic. I just can't believe the way the judge runs her courtroom - telling the jurors to be there at 9:30 then standing them up.

Like Judge Perry said once: I WILL NOT WAIT FOR YOU TO GET A FILE. Now that man could run a courtroom.
