That's what psychologists with lower degrees do, they speculate. They decide what dots they see, tie them together how they think about them, and form an opinion. I would think anyone in a job where they are only forming opinions would know this. What's the big deal? They aren't doing rocket science.

In my opinion it was the Defense Team the stopped ALV from speaking with anyone else because this is exactly what they wanted from ALV.

They stopped her by not allowing payment for more time to speak with anyone else and ALV went along with this.

But, as a professional who is going to be using her credibility to testify on her opinion, ALV had an obligation to do a thorough evaluation from ALL of the information she needed in order to formulate her opinion.
