JA is pretending to have interesting things to talk about with JW for ATTENTION. She's been doing this all her life and she STINKS!

Everytime she talks to JW or Maria de la MitSpecialist she looks like she's trying to suck face, and they look like they're ready to reciprocate willingly. It's odd composure for a criminal defendant and professional people. Someone doesn't have boundary issues or mind blurring personal space.

I still think Jodi messed up that car because Travis didn't want Jodi in Mesa. So Jodi threw a tantrum and destroyed the car.
If Mom came down to help her move, because they had to talk her into because of her deteriorating mental/financial conditions (according to Dad)...would you not follow your kid back to CA? Jodi manipulating Mom and Travis, again.

Anyway I think at times the expression on her face makes me think she is thinking,
"why did we put this woman on the stand??"

Looking at the witness when she told JM that he needed a time out I feel she thought she would get a laugh out of the room like she did when she asked if he was mad at her. She seemed to look a bit more defeated when the judge admonished her. imo

The gist of that trip - they had a fight . . .Lisa Andrews said he was very negative . . .
I want to now who started the fight, when it was . . where happened if JA had any information....
afternoon break . . . . court considering holding trial this Frid 9:30- 12:30
next Fri 9-4 and May 3 10-4 if any of those dates cause problem

April 12 - 9:30 - 12:30
April 26 - 9-4
May 3 10-4

in addition - one juror has a conflict this Thursday = start @ 10 instead 9:30 . . .I know another juror has another conflict for another day - we are discussing that.

JA is smiling and whispering to JW . . .

YES! This trial may be getting to the Judge. She ruled against the DT more today then in the entire trial. And thinking about Fridays is imperative. The jury needs to get this case asap. Judge, you go girl!:rocker:

Thank you for the reply! So, do you believe there was any kind of actual agreement that she would NOT allow herself to be guided or manipulated to a more pro-prosecution position during cross? Do those types of conversations actually happen between witnesses & attorney's? So curious, again thanks!

You don't need to make an agreement--it's assumed that the witness will stick to the paid-for and stated position.

And she preface it by saying "if you were in my group". She is so use to brow beating damaged people, getting away with bias and confirmation of her prejudices, silly little recovery movement word games that make her a big fish in a saucer sized pond, that she just can't stand being questioned in a straight up argument.
