Ok just got home and turned on the live stream. What is this hearing about? What are they trying to say. Sooo confused.

But in any event - they are grasping at straws. How can he testify what is "back at his lab" is so much better. Is everyone supposed to just take his word on that?

This is so unbelievable! Let's bring in experts regarding the "hand on the naughty part" as well, why don't we?

This is nothing more than stretching like a Rorschach test. This is speculation of the nth degree.

I want to pull my hair out. Do we have a hair pulling emoticon?

Seriously, this is why DP cases get ca-razy. They get far too much latitude...much more than LWOP. It's obscense. If this evidence was entered, it would be so prejudicial against the State. It would insert a level of reasonable doubt that is based on speculation so inconsistent with the evidence. I just can't believe this is happening.

If I didn't have such confidence in Juan to rebut this carp, I would literally be pulling out my own teeth.

I so agree about the Rorschach analogy...

And here is a pulling hair smilie... :pullhair:

So what is the point???

that's my question. there's a form in the reflection of someone taking a picture. we have to assume it's her. is this about how far away she was??? what the hell?

i don't get the relevance or why the nurmi wants this in.

Something else I'm confused about, though I did come in late on what was happening today: This DT witness, I thought he was the one who extracted the photos for the police department. So how could he be a DT witness? Anyone? TIA

can someone tell me if he has said there is more that one image in the refelction?

Sounds to me like Nurmi is thinking this case is going to ruin his career - no more $225/hr clients, so he's going to make this last as long as he possibly can.
Greed - pure and simple.
