The longer Jodi acts like this, in the face of all the amazing testimony, the stranger and stranger the behavior is (especially coupled with the adolescent hairdo)

If you're wondering, can this get any better??

I think Demarte has a Toblerone in her back pocket!

Defense taking a long time reading this exhibit.

Bet we hear a "may we approach?" from JW.

LMAO

The defense always planned to object but still pretended to read the exhibit.

The jurors will see that JA's behavior today itself is abnormal. Any well adjusted person able to contain themselves would at least be attending to what is being testified about them. She has checked out....Her pathology is screaming today. It's right there in front of their eyes. She is validating every word that DD is saying. Live and in person.

Try to poke hole in this dam, Willmott. Ain't happening, sistah.

This devastating testimony is starting to show on the killers face. As hard as she tries to pretend like she is not listening, it still is showing through. Her face has gotten very red and flushed a few times and then ashen. All the while, pretending to be oblivious, to the Doctor discussing how immature, conniving and manipulative she was.

I can feel the heat from JA's blood boiling all the way up here in the isolated area I live in..in Northern Ontario,Canada. I think the snow is even starting to melt....

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Here too......some snowbanks are melting from JA!

and :Welcome1:

The detached behavior that Jodi is displaying in court today must look awful to the jury. Not good in light of the testimony that is being given. Just bolsters the doctor's findings.

Well, this does make some sense with what we see her doing in court. A nightmare opposing party I have litigated against for a decade who has BPD (and histrionic, narcissistic and anti-social), acts just like this in court situations - like everything is great, when it clearly isn't. I have never seen her cry when things don't go her way, although she does fake cry when trying to express how much she loves her kid. But when she loses a round, just very perky and as if it doesn't matter at all.

Me too!!! And of course my coworkers have chosen today, of all days, to be as LOUD and annoying as possible. I'm getting SO MAD!!!

sister called and I asked if I could call her back later...this is the testimony I want to hear....shes mad....oppsie!

Anyone else picturing Jodi's head spinning around and exploding like something out of Men In Black??!! This is riveting and she would be more interested in a toenail!

It cannot be lost on the jury that the killer sits mesmerized when her own witnesses testify about her, but today she has not looked up once from her doodling or manifesto project as the truth is spoken.

I think a competent lawyer might tell her to look semi - engaged in the preceedings but that whole defense table is less than capable.

This statement applies to me also (with regard to JA's diagnosis, and, unfortunately, a family member.) But I see JA as having BPD with extreme psychopathology... I'm praying my family member doesn't go down that road... :please:

My sister has the combination of schizo-affective disorder and BPD. She has been in and out of mental health facilities for much of her adult life and is on a strong cocktail of psychotropic medications to keep her stabilized. Very sad, really, because mental illness hit her shortly after she became an RN.

Weeble golden retriever please? Or kittens! (I napped on break hope she's still here)

Notice Jodi has taken her glasses off...is this Because she feels threatened by DeMarte and wants to look prettier than this intelligent, gorgeous dr. Who is calling the shots and telling it like it is about Jodi's issues???

JA's mom is looking emotional.

It's sad because I think she knew something was wrong & couldn't get help for some reason she prolly realizing for 1st time what really was going on with JA.. Now I'm just guessing but I'm sure she's going back in her mind see other examples of these characteristics & wishing someone would have helped her when she tried back in the day..

I don't blame JAs parents.. I have a feeling of empathy for them because all we've heard she's done to others trust me they've had done & worse IMO
