I believe it many here on the threads have issues and could be diagnoised with certain illnesses. so many have stated such! And shared it with all of us. That does not mean anything or make them less of a person. all the posters who have shared with us the fact that they have been diagnosed,are okay with that. Some have even shared with us they have the same diagnosis Jodi does. Not a big deal.

Many live daily and can cope with the world.. In a positive way even though a mental illness is involved. we have come too far to define ourselves by our illnesses. It is what it is.

The difference is it is not an excuse to murder someone!

This is not a testimony against mental illnesses, it is a testimony against murder.

HLN has Jodi's former co-worker calling it, she may speak more. Very interesting how obsessed Jodi was w/Travis. Driving 5 hours after work at 11pm to check up on him, it was all her doing the chasing. This lady does not speak highly of Jodi at all. She said Jodi wouldn't come into work, would sit in the parking lot trying to reach him on the phone. Stalker like.

Just heard her also. This former co-worker was on before, and she hasn't changed her story nor her opinion of JA. Seems honest as I can easily imagine JA doing what she has reported.

Here we go. What is wrong with the DT? On Juan's direct with JD he took 4 hours. And then the DT, with JW, starts her cross....I swear if JW goes on and on again tomorrow somebody needs to tell them to get a grip! Are they so afraid for this case to get into the hands of the jury that they think HOLDING WITNESSES' HOSTAGE ON THE STAND is a good trial strategy? None of this makes sense. Judge, please get this over please.

The defense is entitled to a fair an impartial trail, so if they want to go on and on that is up to them, however the jury may hold it against them.

Why would she risk her career doing that when she has no axe to grind with Dr. D? JD is very professional and has answered all her questions not giving JW a hard time considering some of the questions JW has asked her. I really do not think JW would do that right in front of the judge and into Mike's ear to put on the record. There was a mic there, you can hear her shuffling papers.

Happy, healthy and successful people shock the h*ll out of me almost every day. Being happy, healthy and successful isn't immunity against bitter disappointment. As others have said, Jodi made her choices and has done for a long time. She had many opportunities to be successful but she wanted what she wanted when she wanted it and would go to any extreme to get it.

Many out there with sad, failed lives who try to make the best of what they have and others who drift aimlessly and still manage not to commit murder and spend years consciously lying about it.

I think part of what makes the average person happy, healthy and successful is that s/he is a thinking, striving individual who understands the world doesn't owe anyone all of their hopes and dreams. Just because we want something and work hard for it and think we deserve it, sometimes we still don't get it. And often with no good reason why.

I think sometimes about women in other countries who are brutalized simply for being women. Anger and despair would be the easiest answer. Just not the only answer. Some of those women have more hope for the future than people who rarely experience tragedy.

Who besides me thinks a Mistrial Motion regarding this movie is already be typed, (poorly) and it will be given to the Judge tomorrow by one of those DT staller attorneys. I've had migraines, like many of you. How many of us who've had them could sit there doodling or writing like she was doing this morning? I know I couldn't. I would have my head in my hands at a minimum, certainly with my eyes closed. No way I could engage in that kind of activity and remain focused.
