I would love to see every one of these, along with

5. Jailer that caught her trying to smuggle messages
6. Skye's friend that was at Skye's house demanding to know why they don't like her
7. Travis' friend (name?) that, with his wife, was talking to him about her, and she was listening outside the door.
8. Female friend that told the story about the Christmas tree ("announced" she was his girlfriend)
9. Two co-workers that witnessed her tantrum over nothing at work
10. The Bishop - I know, confidentiality, but he should be able to testify to something he did not say without revealing anything she said, I'd want to clear up that bald faced lie if i were him (that he shared personal information about TA and mimi with JA)
11. Co-worker that talked about how frantic she would be to get off work and drive hours to check up on him.

Maybes: Rachel, Zion (invited herself on a trip with him and 2 others), any of the other friends that can tell instances of her odd behavior

I trust JM has reasons not to call these people, whether legal or strategic, but I just really wish the jury could know more.

DREAM testimony: I'd love if that computer expert coming could somehow connect the mail that was sent to Lisa to JA's pc/ip.

Great list! Would love to see no. 11 and the computer expert re: the email sent to Lisa. Would accept no. 5 as a substitute for MM. I think no. 7 might be the Hughes you are referencing.

I saw Clancy this week on one of the HLN shows and she said Jodi confronted her in the bathroom the day after this event.

Personally, I would not think a juror who does not drink would have a problem with someone who drinks. Small women tend to get more tipsy when they drink than larger people.

:rocker:

If a juror were to allow something that petty to affect their decision in a case of this magnitude, I would think that incident would be the least of our worries.

Can someone please expain for me why they keep talking about Jodi possibly having PTSD? What is the signifigance? I personally could care less if she is depressed/anxious AFTER she murdered Travis. I suppose I'd be screwed up too if I butchered someone like that. If I were on that jury, all I would care about is what happened the day of the crime. Who cares about how SHE feels afterwards!!!

Hi Imkage,

I am going to go on the theory that the DT had little choice. The only way they could save her a-- was self-defense because she was a battered women and she just snapped and defended herself with everything she had. The PTSD was their way of not having her testify to the gruesome events surrounding his death. They did not want her anywhere near an explanation and description of how she slaughtered Travis. The pictures are bad enough.

Say what you will about the Defense Team, but they had "nothin honey" to work with.Especially with her giving the first 2 of 3 stories.

a) EH, I wasn't there--I know NOTIIIIING!
b) Eh, It was the Ninjas (yea that's it, the Ninja's)
c) Eh, Oh now I remember , I'm so silly, it WAS me.

The defense team was lucky they found a Samuels and La Violette to testify for the defense. I think these two knew they were retiring after this case.:moo:

Seems to me if she took the memory card out of the camera, it might point to someone who knew Travis. Why would a random murderer need the memory card from a new camera. She threw it in there with the wash to make it seem like someone just threw all evidence in the washer to be wiped clean.

I think she honestly thought the water and bleach would destroy that mem card. The average person would not be able to retrieve those pictures. It took a special forensics lab to pull off those pictures .

Frankly the fact that evidence was put in the washer to be cleaned ,IMO, points to a women. Cannot see a man ever doing that. He would take everything with him, don't you think?

I believe she meant to leave the camera and take the card.

Day 2: Heather Conner, Mesa PD,

Exhibit 214 is a bag containing the camera itself and a power cord, it is admitted repackaged without the cord.

Ms. Conner states that there was a memory card inside the washing machine that was also collected.

Exhibit 215 is the memory card. It's a blue SD card.

Exhibit 220 is the digital camera door that was found at the bottom of the washing machine after the clothing and other items were removed.

Day 6: Michael Melendez, Mesa PD, said that the memory stick was in the camera where it "could have been" protected from water.

I believe Detective Melendez is mistaken. The card was not protected, it was not inside the camera.

Reminds me of another high school dropout murderess who thought she was an attorney.

the constant instructions JA gives JW, Reminded me of how Casey Anthony tried to do the same with her attorneys and MIT specialist, they got to the point that they would ignore her and it would. Make her so annoyed.

I also remember that many times they dressed Casey to watch Lyons?
I followed case closely at THM.:seeya:

I really dislike generalizing based on gender. I know a lot more about cameras than laundry and I'm a chick. I would have known how to make those photos gone for good, but I wouldn't have thought to use the washer. Clean for me is when I can pick it up off the floor and it doesn't smell bad :blushing:

I hope that Juan plays the portion of Jodi's Mom where she states she asked (omg) if Jodi went to AZ, when it was found Travis was murdered. Jodi then tells mom that she has the gas receipts proving she went to Utah. That's why she refilled the Cheap gas in SLC...gas cans on a credit card to bring home. Alibi.

Silly Jodi forgot to destroy the cash receipts for the gas for cans/car fills... premeditation no gas purchases in AZ, like she turned off her cell phone while in AZ.

Was that yesterday? I have been ill on bed rest! Dosing off and on!
Thank you in advance.:seeya:

When you purchase a camera, you usually have to buy a memory card separately. So the memory card would not be "missing" from the camera. Most cameras contain very little internal storage. Does anyone know the specs of this particular camera?

I don't think she would have taken the camera with her, b/c it was Travis'. She took the gun, and the knife--because she brought those to the scene. So, throwing said camera in the washer seems like a good choice to wash it clean of any evidence. However--deleting the photos, rather than just removing the memory card, seems like an arduous process and I just can't reconcile that.

Sometimes.. the last 2 cameras I bought came with one.. But still. He would have purchased one for the camera at the same time.. It would still have been missing when they checked purchases.

Also - someone asked why Aria continued to speak with Det. Flores instead of asking for an attorney - this is my opinion.

Asking for an attorney at that point - would have taken this situation out of her hands. She was still delusional enough to believe that she had control over the situation and convince LE of her innocence. Even after being told that there is strong, irrefutable evidence that she did it - she believed in her delusional, superior intelligent mind, that she could explain ANYTHING that Flores threw her way.

This is why she didn't ask for an attorney. She believed she could sway the investigation away from making her the perpetrator - and do so more effectively than an attorney.

Sorry I got so excited I forgot we arent suppose to post that. I went to delete it but you beat me too it,Thank you!

The jury only has Jody's account to go on and the only reason she told the drunk woman story was to bolster her claim that Travis was wouldn't acknowledge their relationship publicly/treated her poorly. Clancy Jones was on the State's witness list, however since she was seen in court last week, she probably won't testify in rebuttal.

Some camera packages include a very small memory card (minimal storage) that wouldn't meet the needs of a serious picture taker (amateur or otherwise).

9. Two co-workers that witnessed her tantrum over nothing at work Please---what happened at work? tia!

IIRC there was a misunderstanding at their work about who was supposed to work which area, and she got upset and went into the bathroom and could be heard hitting or kicking things

Does anybody know if the Walmart/Tesoro employees would be the rebuttal witnesses? I am sure the defense will try every mean to preclude them but does the defense have a legal reason for that? I am a bit concerned about it and really hope to see them testify to JA's web of lies.

I think it was on Dr Drew that I heard there were a lot more things that the prosecution was not allowed to release. So I can only imagine how sick and twisted it must be if they were allowed to tell us about the Christmas Tree. Just trying to imagine her laying either under or behind the Christmas tree is beyond disturbing to me.

"Jodi" the movie is going to be one scary, psycho horror show. And to think that this stuff really happened ... OMG ... I'm shakin' like a Chihuahua already.

:gasp:
