One thing that I've noted during my "sleuthing" is how so many of the participants in this trial had mysteriously lost all their tweets sometime between approximately 2012 and after OP's bail hearing, if not even more recently. Either a lot of people didn't want to get involved, had something to hide(possible conflict of interest?), or someone was working overtime scrubbing the internet. No wonder OP was so upset when Nel was able to bring forward some bit on the data entered as evidence that we all heard Roux reply to with something along the line of yes he can do that. I'm still wondering if that "bit"(or should I say byte?) is anything we were privy to or one of those pieces of evidence that were entered but kept from public eyes...

ie. the blonde on the DT went from Aug/11 to Apr/13, Ramsay Webber Law went from Oct/12 to Mar/13, as well as any of the witnesses I've reviewed other than a few pertinent texts that others had taken screenshots of had also iirc went "silent" over about the same timeframe.

Ohh.. this is the first I've heard of that mystery "bit." So is that bit from OP's cell records? Nothing from his twitter acct was put into evidence... am I right on that?

I wonder if we still have posters here keeping an eye on OP's twitter acct. I would be interested in knowing if he's still "preaching." It's a wonder he didn't shut it down considering the kind of responses he was getting... or perhaps he did.

Even if he heard everything, this would be a Joe Nobody black guy testifying against a RICH WHITE GLOBAL SPORTS HERO. I don&#8217;t imagine too many SA blacks would be too willing to go to that party*.

Frank&#8217;s not only been his live-in employee for at least 6 years, but his friend. (In one media profile, OP called Frank &#8220;brother&#8221;; in one tweet OP refers to him as &#8220;Frankie &#8216;the hobbit&#8217; 4Fingers. Without him I'd be lost!&#8221 Poor Frank&#8217;s got a vested interest in staying silent for many reasons - including his &#8220;health&#8221;.

* In fact, did anyone else notice that both of OP&#8217;s immediate neighbors to each side (black) seemed to be pro-defense or at least neutral, not saying much of anything important or damning...I don&#8217;t think this was an accident. Why, Roux even got those two nice neighbor ladies to scream like Oscar! LOL

I think OP got to his two closest neighbors like he got to Frank. ALL were essentially deaf, dumb and blind.

WHY, indeed, was neighbor Mike the first and only witness to ever mention Reeva as &#8220;fiancee&#8221;?! Where did THAT come from??? *wink* Remember - most of OP&#8217;s bail restrictions were tossed, including talking to neighbors. (Someone please correct me if I&#8217;m wrong.) And TALK to them I guarantee you he did. Oscar is a lot of things but shy is not one of them.

Well thank Buddha, I'm not alone. I had very similar problems (on a surface pro2). I agree that G.bng put considerable effort into creating/designing the chart but the accuracy is what is paramount. I'll wait for V2.0.

This same sense of entitlement is clearly evident in his strident attempts to participate in the relay event.

What&#8217;s craziest of all is this guy built a fortune on courting the media and building a brand on sponsorships worth millions. He was so careful in his tailoring of his image he goes so far as to dictate what his girlfriends should do in public. What they should wear, how they should introduce him, not to chew gum.

Given Pistorius&#8217; record at pleading his own case, can one really be expected to believe &#8211; on a murder charge &#8211; he has suddenly lost the ability to assuage right from wrong? That his anxiety makes him dysfunctional? That if he knows how to market and sell his brand to sports corporations his knowledge of reasonable conduct is otherwise defective? Has his own defence forgotten their man who is too disabled for flight has been claiming the right to run alongside able-bodied athletes his whole adult life? He was the star of the London Summer Olympic Games, and South Africa&#8217;s flag bearer? Craziest of all is the guy who wants, more than anything, to be seen as able-bodied, having killed his girlfriend, turns to mental disability as his defence.

Let&#8217;s pick apart OP&#8217;s insanely bizarre story even further.

* OP did NOT wake from sleep at 3am to a &#8220;noise&#8221; in the bathroom.
* He claims he woke because it was hot and humid.

Because it was so hot and humid, he gets up to bring in the fans and CLOSE the balcony doors to cut off all cool air circulation!

(You still buying his fairytale? Lol)

Yet he actually expects the world to buy such putrid garbage.

He could not simply wake to a &#8220;terrifying&#8221; noise - he had to come up with an EXCUSE to close the doors/drapes to create &#8220;pitch blackness&#8221; and most importantly, create time to allow Reeva to get to the toilet.

Considering Sam Taylor&#8217;s first-hand testimony of previous noise incidents at his house (as well as other individuals' accounts), if he had woken to a noise in bed that night, he would have first checked with Reeva before grabbing his gun.

That he profoundly, inexplicably DEVIATED from his normal behavior in this exact same circumstance is IMO, 100% damning.

A sleuther with some time on their hands may be able to recover deleted tweets with Peoplebrowsr, it was used to successfully recover thousands of tweets after Teleka Patrick went missing late last year. There are some threads in the Parking Lot (under 'Teleka Patrick Social Media') with lots of discussion about it. Nursebeeme may be able to help in such an endeavor as she primarily moderated those threads.

HOW could he possibly know what she felt?

He never told her he loved her.
She never told him she loved him. (Not until her Valentine&#8217;s Day card, which he supposedly didn&#8217;t open till August 2013...when he couldn&#8217;t even get her birth date correct).

Yet, as if by magic, she was suddenly his &#8220;fiancee&#8221; - 4 days before the shooting!

(NOTE: During Mike&#8217;s testimony, OP NEVER asked Roux to correct him on &#8220;fiancee&#8221;. Ever wonder why?)

There&#8217;s only one of two possible explanations:

1) Mike has a very poor grasp of the English language (not his first language?) and badly misunderstood Oscar.

or

2) Oscar coached/threatened/intimidated/$bribed Mike to throw in that &#8220;loving&#8221; little gem.

Problem for Oscar is, once again, credibility.

NO ONE - except for Mike - has ever mentioned &#8220;fiancee&#8221; (or engagement) - including Oscar.

BIB Unfortunately, Nel never introduced this in court as evidence so Masipa will never know this was another lie.

1. I too find Frank's absence from both PT and DT's case odd… the only thing that could explain this IMO is that Frank was an unpredictable 'wild card'… If forcefully brought before the Court by the PT, Frank could go the way of loyalty to his former employer and say he heard nothing which would damage the the PT's case… If forcefully brought before the Court by the DT, Frank could possibly crack under cross-examination and confess it all which would destroy the DT's case.

With such uncertainty and high stakes outcome, both PT and DT chose not to use Frank.

2. To be fair, Mike the neighbor and his wife also heard nothing but the very last gunshot… nothing before that… no bat strikes, no blood curdling screams, etc… and their bedroom window is a mere 9 meters away from OP's bathroom window (IIRC)… they slept through it all… so it is not impossible that Frank could have been asleep as well.

Even if that were true which I highly doubt, Frank could have given the court a run down of things after Reeva arrived on the 13th. Who did what, said what, ate what etc,. we only have OP's version, surely Frank heard and saw many things. Also, if an argument occurred while Reeva and OP were in the kitchen, he most definitely would have heard it and what it was about.
Frank is definitely not saying one word about anything, his whole livelihood would be counting on that. jmho.

Could it be that Nel dropped that line of questioning on purpose, planning to use it in Closing Statement as one of the many lies OP told? That, coupled w/planning to hit OP hard in Closing by saying that if he really wanted to save RS's life, then why didn't he simply and reasonably call on the other man in the house????

Nel was perhaps trying to keep the DT from anticipating (far in advance) the content of his Closing Statement, thus giving them more time to come up with a good counter.

Well, as of today, the DT has a copy of Nel's Closing Statement. I would have given ANYTHING to be a fly on the wall in the same room as Roux and team getting their first look at it !!

BIB - I don't think so. I think Nel would've specifically asked OP if Frank was in the house if he was planning to use it as a lie against him. I'm not sure about SA, but in the U.S. closing arguments aren't evidence. Nel can only argue and tie together evidence that is already before the court.

BIB - How do you know those neighbors are black? And what does their race have to do with anything? They live in Silverwoods Estate. I would assume they are well-to-do, respectable people.

Does anyone remember specifics about OP's white iPhone? The two cellphones police took as evidence on the scene were his white iPhone and Reeva's black iPhone. Both were in the bathroom...hers was peeking out from under the bath at that he had laid his gun on, and his was found under bloody towels.

From what I recall, the white iPhone (4949) was his work cell. He usually kept that cell on the charger in the kitchen to charge overnight. There was no activity on that cell after early evening on the 13th. The cell that had activity (calling Stander, Baba, Netcare, etc.) was his personal cell. This is the one that wasn't turned over until the bail hearing.

If his work cell was on the charger, that means he grabbed it and brought it upstairs with him after he unlocked the door for Stander? He brought it into the bathroom, but he didn't use it. And he hid it under bloody towels. My question is why? Does anyone remember an explanation for his work cell being in the middle of the crime scene, but unused?
