JB trying to mislead the judge about the room being "medical", but JP is having none of this. JB trying for private HIPPA laws, medical reason, to not release. we'll see what the Judge has to say about this, I have no idea or sense on this.

I don't care one way or the other, I don't even know why I am watching this. IMO Casey has been off of the media radar for at least starting this week, WS's posting has dropped to almost nothing, and I pretty much like it that way. I want "Miss Anthony's" $$ value to drop to nothing, I don't want to see her or her parents on TV at all, or hear what they have to say anymore, IMO. MOO.

JS ... does not mention any of those things as his basis for sealing the tapes ...

I totally agree except for I know why I am watching, I heart HHJP. I know, I know, that wacky jury selection might be what got us here but I love him anyways. he was as shocked as all of us MOO

JB said he wanted to keep this from the public review initially to not hurt her right to a fair trial. That is why they did not address the "medical" issue before. I call B.S. JB, you are making up a new reason right now re: HIPPA laws. MOO.
