We do see them walking into the garage together at 3:57 or 3:58. But his story is she went to her car and he went to his car and left. He did not see Christina leave. Either PPD has video that disputes that statement or they don't. Apparently he is sticking to his story about they parted ways upon entering the garage.

I met maybe it does not show them splitting up & walking in different directions.

So then what could the footage they've withheld be, if it can be used in a criminal investigation?

It would have to be yet another unidentified person on tape. Perhaps seen on all the footage they have of Christina that night this person is seen in the background. Somebody that perhaps has given an alibi already and LE is waiting for the alibi to crack.

Unreal.... you were young once, correct? What is wrong with going out with friends when you are on a long holiday weekend?

Apologizing in advance for asking questions that will probably irritate a few of you .... :)

1 What does subscribing mean?

2 IIRC? (Might have made letter salad with that, but it's something with similar letters)

3 Are search warrants made public? Do we know no search warrants have been issued in this case?

Thanks.

But LE has also stated that NOONE is cleared that was with CM that night, Correct?

Plano police said detectives have questioned Arochi and he was initially cooperative, but it remains unclear if he is still talking to police.

"We initially were talking to him and all the people that were with Christina that evening," Tilley said. "They were all cooperative from the initial part of the investigation, but at this point in time, we're not commenting on what cooperation level they have extended to us."

I assume they know for sure the bf was back in Ft. Worth? They would have checked everyone's phone by now, right? .
Maybe someone was waiting for her in that garage. Her friends need to think real hard if anybody was staring at her in any of the places they went that night, most likely the last place. This is such a shame, and I agree with the gentleman on here that said he (the friend) should have made sure she got in her car and drove away. He must be feeling terrible. Are they insinuating in the article from HuffPo that he has cooperated all he is going to? And he wasn't a close friend, either, from what I gather. Hope they get to the bottom of this.

I can't keep up! There are too many that bash CM... so all that bash her, that is directed to that post! LOL

I am sold on the fact that EA did the deed. When I was 20, my girlfriend brought some guy she was dating over to my home, and the next day while we were at work, coincidentally someone broke into my apt and stole my boyfriends very expensive stereo equipment. It was terrible! In a nutshell, her boyfriend did it and I knew he did it. I filed charges against him and testified in front of grand jury. He had his lawyer pay us in full for stereo system. I could not believe that my girlfriend's bf could do such a thing. You never know who is hanging out with your friends.

:seeya: Happyshoes! Hard to say what LE is insinuating from the article. Either they have video of the friend leaving the garage as he says he did or they don't. Seems the enhanced video would have been back from Virginia (or wherever they sent it) by now.

In a perfect world I guess the boy would have walked the girl to her car. Maybe she told him she was good once inside the garage which is lit and he boogied to his car and left.

It's an odd case from the beginning. As Eileen stated, we really need to see and hear video of LE talking with their lips moving.

As far as the phones, I don't know if all the phones involved that night were made available to PPD. If everyone was cooperating I would assume that means they all turned their phones over to PPD too. It hasn't been officially released if phones were collected in regards to the investigation.

This is so true - she didn't know him well. We've all seen cases where a guy just snaps when he's rejected...hmmm. I had the same thing happen to me when I was young. My bf and his bff came over with a couple of girls I had never met and one of those girls stole my rent money, I was stunned - they were so nice but I knew it was one of them, not the guys. I'm wondering how mad CM and her BF were in those texts. Did he quit answering her? Would it have been unlikely that he drove to where she was to see what was going on? Just saying...I don't know the areas there.

Another link saying LE plans to retrace Christina's steps to the garage (hopefully they retraced all of her steps that night and morning):

http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2014/09/04/woman-missing-from-the-shops-at-legacy-since-saturday/

"Police are also asking local businesses to review their surveillance systems to see if their cameras captured Christina’s movements as she passed through the garage. Detectives also plan to retrace her steps into the garage at about the time she disappeared, hoping they stumble onto a clue."

Maybe police do have video showing the two walking off separately or at least the escort doing so. And maybe they do see his car leave immediately afterward and maybe even his alibi for however many minutes it would have taken him to get home has been verified in some way, maybe via phone locale or something. If so, that would not give LE much to work with, suspect-wise, as far as he goes. Or maybe they have the first two and nothing to help them verify where he went next. Who knows. I doubt he is involved, but that is Imo. People knew he was walking her to her car, Imo, and he showed up on film, doing pretty much that, except we can't see them splitting up on what we have been shown. If he knows LE has a tape of that, I would get a lawyer and be quiet now, and just wait. Clearly the family has targeted him.

I think her disappearance has to do with her past and/present love interests, or at a stretch, a female with an interest in one of her love interests. Not with drugs, not with the escort, not with trafficking. Some sort of emotions were involved, Imo. Unless this is the rare predator case. But all jmo.

2. If I Recall Correctly (IIRC)

3. Search warrants are a matter of public record. Texas has the sunshine law like Florida. The press would have notified if a warrant was issued in this case, IMO.

Thanks, Boots! I'm new to this case and intrigued as you all are, so appreciate the links and updates. I am really surprised nobody checked on her Sun or Mon, esp the person she lived with. I hope LE have been able to read all her texts. From what I could see on the video, I don't know how they know they went separate ways, unless like the other poster said, the tape shows the friend leaving shortly after that time. Knowing she didn't have her home key, do they know if she was going to walk back to the apartment where she left it and just didn't make it there? Did she have her car keys out and ready? I always have 20 questions, don't I? hehe
they show him coming out of the garage alone in his own car.

Arochi did not return calls for comment from HuffPost Monday.

Morris’ family, as well as Texas EquuSearch, a missing person search and recovery group, have conducted multiple searches for Morris, but to date have found no sign of her.

"Christina is a beautiful girl," McElroy said. "I am afraid she may have been sold for prostitution. I believe she is still alive -- I feel that. I know I would feel it if she wasn’t."

jmo~
If you want to get a comment from EA..do not call him directly..Call His Attorney ... He has an Attorney..that is what he is for to have Q& A

Wow there is something I had to read twice.. the mom thinks she is sold in Prostitution???? What gave her that direction??

According to this article, CM "enjoyed the night out with her friends and planned to stay the night." Did the mom talk to CM that night or did she get the information from the friends?

I'm still stuck on the fact that NO ONE missed her for 4 days. 4 days. Did no one try to call her? If they did, didn't they get the automatic voicemail (indicating phone is off). IDK, it's just all so strange.

No problem Happy! That's the same questions we all have. Definitely the advice of LE to have your car keys out and ready to go. Don't linger in a parking garage is one thing I take away from this case.

Did she return to the apartment after being seen walking to the garage? I don't think so. I think she was ready to leave there and go home by what her last two texts stated, or at least generate some kind of response from her BF.

I definitely think they have him on video leaving the garage alone. I question the time of their arrival to the garage and the time he left. One article says they "eventually" departed. Does that mean after the 20 minute walk from the apartment to the garage or they "eventually" departed from one another in the garage? Semantics, I know. What if they became intimate in garage? This case is driving me bonkers!

No one noticing she is missing by Sunday or Monday is HUGE to me, even if it was a long holiday weekend!

BBM agreed!
Even if they were fighting you would think they had made some plans for the holiday weekend.
Unless it was a bigger fight than they are saying!
