Yes, the town homes are right behind the garage along Lois Lane.

Thanks - I've walked through there numerous times, but I'm more used to accessing the garage off the Bishop side. So the footage isn't really in the garage, but on their way. That bottom floor lot is not very large and if they were both parked there, my guess is that they got there fairly late to begin with. I know that when I've met coworkers for HH or dinner I haven't had much luck getting a spot right there, but instead have to make my way up the ramp.

Every single one of those stores has a camera located outside. On the backside of Henry's Tavern there's a camera at the entrance/exit of the parking garage. On the other side, there's a Bank of America, and I'm quite certain they have cameras everywhere.

Absolutely. I used to live in an apt complex on the other side of Legacy - different complex/side of The Shops than she was. You can walk to/from any of the bars, Starbucks, restaurants w/o any issue. It's a fairly busy and popular area. Bars have to close by 2am, so the "mass exodus" is usually done by 230ish.

If you want to continue "partying" you need to find someone's house - or head over to the IHOP.

So the plot thickens... again. I have a craving for a stack of pancakes and warm maple syrup right now!

So your going to go all the way and get the dog. Do something to her there, drive back with a body in the car. Dispose of it on the highway. Just to get back to the same parking spot the car was in before. Also you don't know if the spot is still open or if she was reported missing. Not to mention what kind of evidence you would leave in the car. Also you wouldn't know if the camera's worked. I guess if your a crazy person, anything is possible.

Nope, actually I was thinking SHE went to get the dog and something occurred in the home.

But after thinking... how the heck would the perp get back without having someone to help? Yeah, doesn't make as much sense. And I really should go to bed.

I don't know what the dog has to do with anything. She didn't make it there to get the dog. Whatever happened to her happened around that parking garage. I don't know why people keep harping on that story.

I think the dog story could be relevant IF it came from the boyfriend because if it did, then why didn't he realize sooner she was missing if the dog was still at their apartment. But it looks like the dog story came from mom. I don't think anything should be overlooked.

Your first link is the way I'm used to going to that very same parking garage. I avoid that front entrance b/c of the foot-traffic and the parking in front of the restuarants/shops is always a pain.

Does anyone think she could have staged her disappearance to scare her boyfriend? It sounds crazy but didn't that just happen? A girl said she was kidnapped and she made it up. I would hate to think she did this to her parents, but it's possible????

Don't think there is any video released of her parked car.

The parking spots on the first floor are not numbered (that I remember). BUT, I do believe the upper floors do have some signage about who can park. I can't be sure but I vaguely remember trying to go up there to find a spot and not being able to park b/c they were reserved for residents or something.

I'd have to go back and refresh my memory to be sure.

The idea of her driving out to get her dog only really applies to her state of mind, Imo. Also, if she was planning on doing that, why did the friend she planned to stay with not freak out when she did not show, or at least on Sunday when she was unreachable? I am having a very hard time understanding why no one seemed to be looking for her by Sunday. Did she not tell anyone she was planning to crash at their place?

Even so, what people this age go 2-3 days without checking in with friends, to see what they are doing, etc.? And people almost always respond, Imo, it only takes a second, to let a friend know you are busy, or are okay, whatever. Being a holiday weekend, it is really hard to believe no one was curious about how or where she was.

As a dog owner, I would definitely drive the 45 minutes to an hour at 3 am if I thought my dog had not been let out. Mine can hold it for up to six hours, after that she starts to bark and upset the neighbours. Maybe the calls to her boyfriend were to make sure the dog was being fed and let out.
Since they had that argument, and she couldn't get in touch with him, going back was the humane thing to do.
Re: the clothing description...the woman walking in the parkade is definitely wearing a longer flowy skirt, not the shorts described as being the last clothes she was seen wearing by media.

I think Christina's mother got most of her info from her friends & not the boyfriend. There was an argument & she left the place she shared with her boyfriend with a change of cloths with the intention of spending the night at a friends. After another argument on the phone that night she decided to pick up her dog and go to the friends. Obviously she had decided to spend more time away from her boyfriend. That's part of the reason I think she left voluntarily. Also, her mothers comment about her being found around Allen tells me there is something we are not being told. Of all the possibilities, why would she say Allen? JMO

I'm not totally sure, but think she is originally from Allen and think her Mom says she is familiar w/the area.
