So now the question is: "Was he at the arraignment?" I believe one of our VI's wasn't even sure when it was held. (Saturday?) If he didn't find out in time he may have not been there and hence no attorney of record posted.

(If the reason why EA ended up with a one million bond and DHS hold is because his attorney wasn't there to argue it down, I'm not too bent out of shape over that point.)

My only question is her tweets with comments from his attorney are the same ones we previously quoted from MSM from earlier. Curious if these are thing he said as of today or is she grabbing the quotes from the same articles as us.

In response to this tweet where someone asked her to find out, she said "Working on it" which to me means she probably talked to him rather than going back to past articles/stories to regurgitate what had been reported.

Attorneys frequently have a standard set of responses when they want to say slightly more than "No comment." My guess is he's just going to repeat himself until he wants to say more. I think the key here is that she's reporting that PJ is unsure why he's not listed. (My own opinion is that he doesn't really care what the website says - he's paid to worry about so many much more important things.)

Just looking at the very short garage video it doesn't look like she's wearing socks. There is a small second where she looks a bit "whiter" by her feet but I think that's a reflection off the overhead light. Really hard to make out. Was that footage ever cropped or zoomed in?

It has been verified she was wearing sandals. Wish I hadn't asked earlier. ...

she said "just in" then she directly quoted him clearly she talked to him and clearly she is in position to be in touch with people that can confirm that information ... I understand being skeptical especially of stuff people just throw out here but this is pretty solid (and has been reported for a month with out any corrections) how much more official does it have to be?

Hmm..it's easiest to get a look in the last moments IMO. I do see the lighter color but was thinking a reflection of that light. I guess no way to zoom in without it being even more grainy.

Soo, why are we talking about socks? If it's possibly important maybe a VI can say if there's a chance she had some on or on hand? I workout daily and have backup clothing for that most of the time. If she's a skater, all she needs is the right shoes and socks and she's good to go. IMO

Thanks. That was all I was asking. So are you are confirming she just spoke directly to him and he gave her those two quotes. Sorry, but it wasn't clear to me. The quotes that is. The fact that he is the attorney was very clear. No question about that.

My guess is they are under the skirt. But the bra top was not under the shirt in the picture I saw of her from that night. So, that must be something she changed into or had in her bag.
