As far as Facebook I'm a dentist all my dentist friends have Facebook my age too ..alot of us actually promote our practice this way and put personal stuff on there too..nothing outrageous but sometimes if a pt sees it they tell us it makes us more human haha
As far as schooling she might have had student loans that's what I had in school. ..$500,000 worth of them so don't complain that dentists charge too much we give it all back with interest

I also did 3 years extra bc I'm a specialist but yes dental school is more expensive so 11 years total and after dental school all you can do is take out grad plus loans which is 7.9% interest rate so that's awesome....I try not to think about it until I pay about the $5000 at the first of the month but hey I love what I do and helpino patients so it is worth it!

I am one of Kendra's friends and went to school with her at UK. I will say this much....the student loans blow but as a pediatric dentist getting 34% of collections is actually quite a lot. Kendra as you may not know, was actually a general dentist who treated kids and not a pediatric dentist thus she has been working for quite some time because she did not do a residency.
Kendra was always a lover of traveling. She was just a free spirited person. As you can see, even though she had not finished paying her loans off, she still found time to donate her services to those in need.
We really lost a good one all over a senseless ex-gf's jealousy.
I can only pray that LE soon can issue some new arrests and I do wonder if there really is a third person involved or not considering that a sketch has not been released.

Actually they won't pull your teeth at EL unless oral surgeon or dentist on call I did that for a yr after dental school they just give u pain pills and an antibiotic bc they don't know anything about teeth but that's not what this topic is about so we should get back to Kendra bc my friend deserves justice
Right...This is horrible. It's nice to see that someone else on here knows Kendra. I am sure you miss her dearly as well. I just hope that LE is slow stepping only so they don't mess anything up. I just don't understand how ex-gf didn't leave behind any evidence good enough to arrest her yet. Which again leads me to wonder if there really is a shooter of if CC or ex-gf is the shooter.

It's a valid question with the expense of student loans.
Generational things like fb postings aside, the newer dentists (I'm oldish) obviously carry serious financial concerns thru life.
Writing a $5000 check each month toward those loans?
That would put anyone I know under significant strain. Just saying, especially in this economy.

Yes it is and I don't believe it was done for that amount of money.
I believe it involved a committed association of several w/maybe even hidden sociopathic traits.
IOW they did it for the kill. For the shared desire to kill someone that saw as uppity and snobbish. Maybe just for the thrill.
Sick? Oh yeah.
It's still unknown just how heartbroken others are over this murder.
What is hidden will eventually come to light.

Well I know kendras loans weren't as much as mine but any dental school debt your generally paying 1500 to 2000 a month but she did not have finance problems. This 500 blows my mine I would have given her more then that to blow her own head off instead of kendras...sorry was that bad to say..
Yes, the $500 blows my mind too. I have had dental assistants who were struggling but not a single one of them would have committed such an act for $500. Not even a robbery. Sheesh...It is just bizarre.

By the way everyone, your community here has actually helped me a lot. Dealing with a friend's death is horrible but having so many people who don't know Kendra yet are genuinely concerned about her is so amazing. Before I became a member I would just come over and read your comments and it truly brought some peace to me. Thanks for being so concerned.
