''Tonya Couch may face longer jail time than son Ethan''
As for Tonya Couch, Wilson said she deserves to be incarcerated, and she will push for 10 times the normal bail amount of $15,000. They would be the consequences for a mother who admitted to giving her son very few.
So her bail could be $150,000? Big deal for her, unless all these lawsuits bankrupted them.
Officials said that since their arrest the Couches have been staying at immigration facilities in Guadalajara, where they were given food and rooms with beds, The Associated Press reported.
Lets see how he fares in jail, even if it's only 120 days. He was spoiled rotten by his parents. No mom and pop in jail to follow his every wish.

BREAKING: Ethan Couch and his mom are fighting extradition. U.S. Marshals say it could be weeks before they return now. http://bit.ly/22yqkBF
ETA the link is not the fighting extradition story but that is on the fb page for fox 4 news. So it looks like they will be in a Mexican jail for awhile. :jail:

Life in the Mexican detention center must not be too bad or they wouldn't be fighting to stay. Maybe they're also planning on an escape from there. I must say the Couchs are a lawyer's dream come true. They throw money at lawyers like most of us throw out the garbage.
I was wondering what kind of shenanigans Momster and her attys would come up with to delay being brought to TX. I wonder if they will remain housed at the immigration facility in Mexico until the matter is settled? Off to read.....
