I don’t see how her taking the stand is helping her at all. She noticed the door was ajar first. Okay. The state is going to eat this girl alive.
A neighbor testified to hearing yelling from both before the shots were fired but couldn't make out what was being said. How are you gonna say no one heard anything?
Started doing compressions with my left hand? Where in ANY training is that? FFS
Do not believe that for a second. THAT was a hail mary on her part.
Her lawyer is not doing her any favors either, he's doing a bad job here so far IMO.Lol I feel you. The defense did the states job because she is really messing this up and this is why most don’t want you to take the stand at all.
It makes zero sense though that they can say they heard yelling but not what was being said and at the same time say they heard no commands. If you couldn't make out what was being said, how can they know the yelling wasn't commands? What was being said very well could've been what she says. IMOAt least 3 neighbors testified to that. One said it sounded like 2 people talking at the same time, then shots.
None of them heard her give commands.
"I just wanted someone there with me" - that was her thinking. Still, no regard for the victim.
Maybe I'm mis-remembering the testimony. I thought the witness was talking about hearing shouting from the arriving police officers at the scene.A neighbor testified to hearing yelling from both before the shots were fired but couldn't make out what was being said. How are you gonna say no one heard anything?
You nailed it @Longtime_lurker2019No Amber, the scariest thing imaginable is not being alone with the man you just shot. The scariest thing is being shot, for no reason, and not being able to breathe, realizing you are dying.
And she even said she couldn't clearly see him--just a silhouette. She didn't know if he put his hands up or not. She just shot him.Yes and then she shot him immediately!
