I jumped out of bed and turned on HLN/CNN and NOTHNG about Hailey!!!!!

Guess I will just put on my big girl panties and go back to "Speed Reading" threads 22 & 23.

Did anyone ever find out SA's Grandmother's name that was in MSM?

I am still very concerned about the dude named Charlie that was living in Travis' house nextdoor. BD said on Nancy Grace that he was the person that saw Hailey in the backyard on her phone Monday at 12:00PM.

Then she mentioned that Charlie was not living there anymore....HELLO...Could he have left town and taken Hailey with him? Isn't it strange that they both disappear at the same time? He could have been an RSO in training and he snatched Hailey when she left home at 3:15. I sure hope the LE's have checked this guy out!

Dear God....PLEASE Bring Hailey Home Alive!

When I read what she said per the MSM, I take it that she feels betrayed more than anything. And very confused.

I havent had a real chance to see where you all are in recent conversations, so I dont mean to derail the current topic, please forgive me if I do..

but something is bugging the heck out of me..

I know its been said that Sa has a lawyer, but do we know if thats really true? ive not heard le say he has a lawyer? just have read it on the boards...

Maybe he is lying about having a lawyer,?

Id like to hear that confirmed by le, or by sa's supposed lawyer if he really has one, kwim?

do we know if sa really has a lawyer? if so, it puzzles me that his lawyer would let sa talk to the media, and why hasnt this supposed lawyer been speaking for his supposed client?

I agree with you about SA and the lawyer thing. The SA family having a lawyer and not wanting to speak does not necessarily mean he has lawyered up.
I do not understand why with all my gut instinct that SA has nothing to do with Hailey being missing. Other than maybe, she disliked/feared him so much she is in hiding. I think the le knows a lot more than they are telling and have had to defend themselves so much after NG threw them under the bus. I also think they may have originally been right about her being a run away.

I feel that Billie is taking the heat because she is the one that is here. She is doing all she can. I can't believe she would talk to Nancy Grace for several shows if she was guilty. The poor women was at work. Why is she getting such comments I am reading?

Some of the reasons that people are suspicious of BD are:

1. Unable to concretely say when she last saw HD (may have been Sunday night and maybe saw her at 6am on Monday)

2. Did not check on her or attempt to contact her from Sunday night/Monday morning until Tuesday afternoon--didn't try to call the friend's house to ensure she got there safely

3. Failed poly

4. Has not made any pleas for her (that I and/or some others on this site have seen) and has not been out searching

5. Apparently left work early on Monday night and purchased illegal drugs.

6. Has had inconsistent statements re: purchasing drugs, last time she saw Hailey, work times, fake ipod, New Years Eve, and regarding her BF (anything else?)

7. Possibly had a party or get together on New Years Eve

8. Has a flat affect during interviews which makes her seem unemotional at times

9. Her possible involvement in SA's strange crime/horror movie obsessions or her knowledge of such involvement

Anything I am missing? It's early and I am still on my first cup of coffee, so not fully functioning at this point!

jmo, but good thinking on this supposed charlie guy eh? and I say supposed charlie, because from what ive read, its only been said by bd that there was a charlie? I havent heard le confirm anything about this supposed charlie even existing? kwim?

If only le would confirm or we could get some conformation (sp?)that there was really a guy named charlie, it would help a great deal, jmo

IMO, Charlie doesn't exist. LE has been unable to confirm that sighting.

I want to add drive times into the timeline this morning.

I'm coming up with 24.9 miles/36 minutes between Colorado City (Hailey's home) and Snyder (Shawn's job, Billie's job).

I've got 38 miles/41 minutes between Colorado City (Hailey's home) and Big Spring (Shawn's mom's house).

And looks like 24.7 miles/36 minutes between Colorado City and Scurry County (which is where Snyder is located).

Do these places/distances/times look correct?

Thanks for the link. After reading the article and watching the video, I believe that CD's reactions are genuine. Although he is not crying, I can see the grief and exhaustion in his face and feel his pain as he talks about "his baby girl". I wish Jessica Lunsford's dad or Marc Klaas would/could reach out to him -- IMO I believe he is truly suffering.

If Charlie doesn't exist. There is only one reason for BD to put that out there. And that would be to make it seem that Hailey was still alive when she was at work. The old "It wasn't me, I was at werk!" alibi.

BD comes across to me as appearing more concerned about what people think of her, worrying if she is losing her bf than she does about Hailey. My impression those 2 things are top on her priority list. Even is SA ends up not being the perp why would she want him back? Enough people have come out and said Hailey was scared of the guy. That would be enough for most mothers.

She LOVES him?? He is the #1 suspect in her daughter's disappearance and she loves him???????? I have no words. I just fell off the fence!
But...... I do not agree that LE is telling her to say that... no way. That's coming out of her own mouth. They might tell her what NOT to say, but telling her to say that would do nothing to help the investigation, IMO.
He's in his comfort zone... when he realizes she is not defending him, he'll run or do something equally as stupid and Bam! they'll give him a set of pretty bracelets and escort him to his new home.

Again, BD shows much more emotion while speaking of SA than she does her own daughter.

yes they are pretty correct i am approximately 45 minutes to snyder ans big springs ....snyder is east and big springs is south of me

Did NG even cover this case Fri. night? I watched the intro and then switched it to another channel, because she didn't mention Hailey.

We heard the neighbor in an interview, when they were taking things out of the shed. I couldn't tell you where the link is however.
I think he said, saw her at noon on phone, saw her quite often on phone in yard and shed, didn't know what she was doing in the shed, and didn't see a car there that morning because "they" park in the back and couldn't see back there.
Somebody needs to see if they can verify any of this. IMho
