Defense counsel is trying to bring up Kim's playing of "Mafia Wars" against her. Wonder how many jurors have played Mafia Wars - I think it's pretty common.

I'm so glad I'm not watching this live. I read all the tweets and good gravy, if you didn't think he was a nutcase killer before, you sure would now!! I want to hear from the neighbors, if he was shooting cats around my house it would be on, especially if I saw/heard him drag it out into the street!!! What a freakshow!! Put him on American Horror Story.

Dear goodness jail has not been kind to her!!! She had to be drugged up to live that life.

Kim Williams has just put the needle in her husband's arm. Now all the state will have to do is hook it up to the lethal cocktail.

Jury instructions and then closing arguments after lunch, back on record at 1:10 for something the defense was asking the judge (couldn't hear as media people turned off the sound for half of what he was saying to the judge).

Eric (Williams) made $200,000 one year working as an atty appointed to look out for the best interests of children.

Shook: "he could see the fear in Mark Hasse's eyes and it had no effect on his soul." Kept "shooting and shooting and shooting"

Shook says again: "It's a person's mind that makes him dangerous." Talking about how Williams can still be a danger in prison.

https://twitter.com/dallascourts

Shook mentions Texas 7 who broke out after being model inmates. Overpowered 17 ppl and then killed Irving police officers
#
Sidenote: Shook prosecuted 6 of the Texas 7. All went to death row. The 7th committed suicide rather than be captured. Wirskye prosecuted 2.
#
Shook: no mitigation for Williams in this case.

Now defense atty John Wright speaks. Reminding them of juror oath to render a true verdict according to the law and the evidence
#
Wright says life is sacred. even life of a killer.
#
Wright tells jury about Kim Williams that the law views an accomplice "as a corrupt source and you should too.
#
Wright says mercy is something they can give. Reminds them it's nit death or nothing.

In this defense attorney's opinion Julianne fries won't get any praise. Thank goodness I learned this fact. From now on it's hash I'll be slinging.

IMO this lawyer fancies himself a motivational speaker of epic proportions. I'm annoyed because he picked on misunderstood turnips!

Come on jurors. Put him where he belongs. Justice for Mark, Mike and Cynthia!!

Wonder how long the jury will deliberate? If it goes longer than today, I think they have a holdout, JMO.

i agree this should not take long although with dp they may want to sleep on it. given the locale....the crimes...the total lack of mitigation...and they were death qualified...I think they will give it to him.

Yeah, they may not want to give the appearance of just jumping on the dp without thought. Or maybe some devout Christians are considering the 'turn the other cheek' plea. It's hard to tell what a jury is thinking.

if they see "turn the other cheek" as the remedy for a cold blooded premeditated murderer with three victims then they should not be on that jury but would not doubt if some get on by just saying dp is okay and want to save him

#BREAKING from @lpphillips #EricWilliams jury sequestered for the night. NO life/death punishment verdict tonight. @KRLD @CBSDFW

Well, at least no one can say the jury rushed to judgment. The defense might have thrown out that ploy as a reason for appeal. As I've stated before I don't really think I could qualify as a juror on a death penalty case unless it involved the death or abuse of a child...........I just wouldn't want it on my conscience. But for someone with no problem giving the death penalty, it's pretty much an open & shut case.
