Not that I'm aware.

Earlier in this thread someone had posted names of the adults living at this residence (post may still be up?) In the list was a 30 year old male relative of NO's (I believe I have the age correct). Perhaps the papers being served were for this person. And again, how much baggage was CW willing to take on and why??? JMO, IMO, etc.

Ok that’s weird. It shows me as being quoted but I did NOT make that post. Reporting to mods, @Tricia and @WS Admin because there must be some kind of quirky thing going on. Adding screenshots of how the quoted post showed up and what my post actually was.
I'm not sure what happened. I didn't do it on purpose. I had shortened Trudie's post when that occurred.

Do we know that CW looked at two young girls as baggage? He may have loved those girls.

Either way, I do believe that a Mother can be so depressed that murder/suicide looks like an out to an "impossible" situation. And it looks more like this is the real story.

People may look like they have friends and family, but if you really needed a place to move in with your kids, all of the sudden, that "support" system is very, very small.

Wouldn't the cracks of her life be on display for everyone to see if she'd received 3 eviction notices? How can you hide that?! I'm suprised no one has mentioned that or maybe it has been on social media. And why would Salazar give up that information?

Eviction notices are served at the residence, aren’t they? At any rate, where they lived, it’s not as if the neighbors will see anything but a marked police car. They won’t see the notice taped to the front door (the way it happens in NYC).

Do we have reason to believe that she was not able to financially take care of herself? If he bought the home for cash, she was probably not paying any rent. She seemed to do well in her job, so she probably had a decent amount of money in the bank? Nothing I have read leads me to believe that she would be destitute if she did not have CW in her life.

I still do not know where we are getting that he had asked her to leave or was trying to evict her? Even if he indeed was, I would not see how that becomes an impossible situation? One could easily get an Airbnb or a hotel for a few days, even an extended stay hotel while securing some type of rental.

Can you link, please? I haven’t found anything in the sheriff’s statements or msm to substantiate any of the eviction talk. Just that there was some sort of disagreement and he had left for the night.

I have read every post in this thread and do not see any MSM info on eviction or her being asked to leave

I'm trying to direct you to the posts that started it. We have an eviction notice specialist. <modsnip - unnecessary comment>

Since I don't know how her aim is, I would say this because one kid would have run!

Trying to escape seems logical from our perspective and from our comfy couch but we just don't know why all 3 were there in that same room. Maybe one of the sisters was trying to help her other sister once she was shot, not planning to leave her sister there, maybe she was in shock, maybe the door was locked, maybe she was already injured, or maybe she was in pure disblief. That trying to escacpe theory does not sit well with me. This is not a movie this is real life.

Maybe I am being dense or not reading between the lines, but even if we have a pedantic eviction notice specialist, where are we getting info that there was any kind of eviction notice?

An eviction notice specialist (unverified and from another state) that doesn’t have any more knowledge about the papers served at that particular address than any of the rest of us. It’s pure speculation that’s being repeated over & over until it’s now being accepted as fact.

The fact is, the sheriff’s dept made 3 paper service visits to the home and one theft report visit over the past year. Period. That’s it. We don’t know who was served or with what.

I’m sorry for being grumpy - going to get a snack (and look up pedantic lol)

Agree, the eviction talk has taken a life if it's own here and from what I've seen it's been pure speculation. These are the only know facts (bolded above). And that NO and CW appear not to be the only adults listed at the address at the time the papers were served.

To the poster who asked about whether CW considered the girls baggage I can't speak for him. It's simply my opinion that dating someone with kids from multiple relationships, a woman with a DV charge against her in her history, with a custody dispute that lasted into 2016, plus other familial legal tangles I can't state due to TOS rules....well based on my life experience and from witnessing other relationships around me, these things bring big time complications emotionally and financially. The reality of which doesn't immediately reveal itself, even if the people who love you try their best to warn you of the red flags. Love is blind, until it isn't.

The eviction theory goes back to page 2.

I wasn't aware NO was in a custody dispute but if she was, that very well could be her motive for the murders.

For now i do believe that it was a M/S

And her family saying that she would never hurt herself or her children seems normal since many family members and friends react the same when something terrible like this happens. I've seen it in many similar cases. Denial is a real thing.

I'm sure most of us know about the 5 stages of grief.

The 5 stages of grief and loss are: 1. Denial and isolation; 2. Anger; 3. Bargaining; 4. Depression; 5. Acceptance. People who are grieving do not necessarily go through the stages in the same order or experience all of them.

As to who was living at the house, if your information came from online-- instead of a primary source-- that can't be verified either. If I google myself it shows my children attached to this household. Neither adult child has lived with me in 15 years and never at this address. The identity websites use algorithms to generate that information based on lots of factors. So if JO lived there, will you tell me how you know this?
