I do remember reading somewhere that it was reported he was witnessed having trouble loading a pelican box in his vehicle, so that was seen by an individual at least, whether it was someone watching him in the parking lot or on a security camera I don't know.
Personally, I would like to know what was found in VGs car beyond it being found after her disappearance as it may have clues.
Another thing I never see mentioned is this: how convenient it is for CA that AR is no longer around to contest her claims/testimony! My word the girl can make up anything she likes? What if there was more involvement on her part? Or a deeper story/conflict? We will never know unless people who knew all parties start talking and like many have said, they may not for fear of retribution. They may be likely to just go with the military's official story line, whether it is partial truth or not. There will be much pressure to keep it as simple and clean as possible.
I always hope for a dedicated investigator to take the time to bring out the real truth later. The benefit of authored biographies is a more complete truth.

But if her vehicle was not on base, when she was found missing, there could be much more to the story.

And as I can see it CA is free to make up any story she wants for now.
I really hope all the agencies are collaborating and truly dedicated to finding out the truth. Too much room for fudging here.
I don’t think it would take much for a jury to be able to see that CA’s story is only one piece to the puzzle. My thinking may be too simplistic. I have been accused of wearing rose colored glasses...

Hoping and praying for justice. In this case and all we are suffering through in this world. My heart hurts so much for this family. In Vanessa’s honor, I will do my best to treat others with respect. Deserved or not!

Off my soapbox. Goodnight all ✌️

E-Trails?
Just stepping into this case & thread, w'out having read it all, but this in Crim Complaint vs CA caught my attn:
"16. SPC Robinson and Aguilar returned to the site on a later date.... Prior to their return, they obtained hairnets and gloves. Aguilar purchased a bag of what she referred to as concrete from someone utilizing Facebook messenger." bbm sbm.
Thank goodness for electronic trails & evd.
And for ppl who buy incriminating things thru FB messenger. just my 2 cts.

I have checked in a few times and was sad to hear that they found Vanessa's remains.

I assumed that police would need a lot of time to figure out what happened to her.

I guess they knew even before they found her remains.

Today, I noticed the "arrest" language added to the thread.

But I had no idea until just now that her killer has committed suicide.

Why was she killed? Did she deny his advances? Was he stealing weapons?

according to CA the girlfriend of AR (deceased) he told CA that VG saw his cellphone had pictures of CA & threatened that she would report him for dating CA (married/separated from her husband) so he retaliated by murdering her.
Nobody believes this story however. Most likely she did not welcome his advances & he bludgeoned her with a hammer.

Female Air Force Lt. Col. suggests murdered soldier Vanessa Guillen DESERVED to be sexually harassed | Daily Mail Online

Air Force Lt. Col. Betsy Schoeller made the shocking comments on a Facebook thread where another person had shared an article about the missing soldier being bludgeoned to death shortly after telling family and friends she was being sexually harassed by a superior.

Schoeller, who is now a senior lecturer at University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, hit out at other social media users who expressed sympathy for Guillen.

'You guys are kidding, right? Sexual harassment is the price of admission for women into the good ole boy club,' the military veteran wrote.

'If you're gonna cry like a snowflake about it, you're gonna pay the price.'

Schoeller's comments came just hours after the attorney for Guillen's devastated family released information that the 20-year-old Fort Hood soldier had been bludgeoned to death with a hammer in the armory room where she worked.

Her post, which has since been deleted, sparked outrage from other social media users and a Change.org petition is demanding she be fired from her position at the University of Wisconsin.

Well, now. Isn't she just a sweetheart? I don't know what else to say because I certainly do not want to have my words misinterpreted and get in trouble for someone else's inability to comprehend.
No one deserves to be sexually harassed. No one.
I do not understand how someone can say every person should expect sexual harassment to occur. What? That subject never came up when I was discussing enlistment.
I don't know, I just don't know.

Say, this individual is right in line with the Duggars' denominational teaching about sexual assault:

Chilling Proof That the Duggars' Homeschool Program Blames Victims for Sexual Assault

This is 2020. We're 1/5th of the way through The New Millenium.

Dear God, how do people accept this???

Not just an officer, a female officer.

Her employer's statement makes this even worse -- if that's possible. Taxpayer funded University of Wisconsin apparently considers supporting criminal sexual assault to be a First Amendment right:

University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee released a statement

I did share our concern with RAINN:

RAINN | The nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization

JMHO YMMV LRR

Edited to add the University's strange claim, and RAINN's address.

Since AR was not the one that called Vanessa in, is it merely coincidental that she was murdered that day ? Sorry I know this has probably been asked.
How did he know CA would help him ?
I mean based on her social media she looks like a "pick me," desperate for attention and love, I'll do anything for my man but still....to get the lime etc. and dismember a young lady ?

And there you have it.

I don't doubt that this kind of attitude is still common in the military. What may be sexual harrassment to one woman may be considered normal to another. There must be clear guidelines in the military about what constitutes sexual harassment, aren't there?

This woman and others like her are just part of the problem. Women need to feel safe and confident that their complaints will be taken seriously, without the fear of retaliation.

According to her mother, Vanessa made the first necessary step before reporting someone for harrassment. She let him know his behavior was unwelcome and inappropriate.

For all we know maybe she did discuss his behavior with one of her superiors but never had the chance to file an official report.

Does anyone know the troops that either VG or AR were in?
I dont know. But, there might be away to extrapolate a possibility:

The victim's MOS was small arms repairer. Are companies / troops assigned their own small arms repairers? Or, are small arms repairers consolidated at the battalion / squadron level? If the are consolidated, she might have been assigned to the HHC troop.

This ex AF officer is saying she accepts unwritten rules within the military -

The military can't operate that way,
The military's social and rank rules are highly regulated at all levels, not just about sexual harassment, in order to allow diverse people to work together.
If harrassment is OK, then so is falsifying roll calls, taking a break from guarding a soldier confined to quarters, and ultimately whether or not to have to honor the orders of a Lady Light Colonel Betsy Schoeller.

This Lt. Colonel herself benefited from rules that kept her safe and respected and now she turns on a private
who was murdered while on duty working on her mission of weapons accountability on her day off ?

"Good old boy" rules keep no one safe, not even good old boys.

Yes and that leadership person isn't going to talk

100 to 1 he made advances, she refused, he raped her, knew that was the end for him so he went for broke and opted for concealment.

Absolutely.

This depraved individual can spin away. Nothing she says can be believed, she chopped up, burned and buried a "rival" for her man's attention.

Such an outlandish high school tale.
MOO CA and AR concocted it while tending their bonfire on the banks of the Leon River, burning the unfortunate PFC VG.

BS's remarks say so much about military culture that you'd need a year to unpack it.
