TX - Terri 'Missy' Bevers, 45, murdered in church/suspect in SWAT gear, 18 Apr 2016 #36

Can someone clarify something for me? Was a section of one of the warrants recently un-redacted or were more parts released? Any idea if someone requested that happen or had time just run out on keeping it redacted? I'm referring to the parts about BB telling LE about a certain affair that MB had and the references to her making arrangements via social media to meet people that she was possibly involved with. Or am I totally reading this the wrong way?

Yeah, I'm a bit confused by that new warrant. What I find about this being reported previously was that LE told the family, not the other way around:

Maybe BB didn't tell anyone else aside from LE, but the other members of the family have been acting like this was some big revelation to everyone when it at least wasn't a revelation to BB since he's the one that revealed it.

The search warrant for Facebook Account # 1229322185 had been indeed sealed since May 19th based on the State's affidavit/ motion and the probable cause affidavit for an additional 30 days. If the court no longer required confidentiality of the warrant, it was then subsequently released/ requested. I do not know when that happened though.

There was an Exigent Circumstances Warrant issued, then the State request on April 21 for the April 20 SW be sealed for 30 days (signed April 22, 2016 by Judge). Which was done. And by Texas statutes can ask and be sealed for an additional 30 days. May 19, 2016 State requested the additional 30 days, and signed by Judge. When that 30 day extension expired, by law had to file with the clerk for public record. Art. 18.011. SEALING OF AFFIDAVIT http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/CR/htm/CR.18.htm

What was orig released by MSM and shared by BeesInMyBonnet did not include "Exhibit A" Affidavit in Support of Evidentiary Search Warrant (Probable Cause Affidavit) for the 2 Facebook SW. Cannonball (WS member, did an FOIA to MPD and was able to get the same SW but also the "Exhibit A" and shared that at the link above. The 8/12/2016 Dropbox SW is the same as was prev released(7/1/2016), just an addition of the "Exhibit A" allowing us to have the complete SW for the FB's.**Which I know we are all thankful for Cannonball doing that. There was not a redacted/unredacted that I am aware of for the FB. .

ETA: MSM did same thing with MB Ford F150 SW, and only a portion was released. But iirc it was Jethro that found me a copy of the WHOLE thing (with the return of SW iirc wasn't with the MSM copy). MSM I think does not realize we Sleuthers want it ALL **that SW is also in the Media thread.

ETA 2> CW listed in the Probable Cause Affidavit is the same individual that the LinkedIn SW was on.

No. Same FB SW, just the Probable Cause Affidavit was not included in what the Media released. Cannonball did an FOIA for the Exhibit A and on 8/12/16 uploaded the complete (same SW's in addition to the Probable Cause Affidavit Exhibit A) << Gave us more info. But there was not an redacted/then unredacted.

I am very curious as to why CW is not being looked at harder. According to the LE statement they still have not ruled anyone out. I believe there are several people who had motive. I do know that the husband had many friends who had friends in LE or retired LE friends as well. Also if no one has been ruled out, why not release the name of who the husband was fishing with? I feel that is important. All just my opinion.

When asked if he (husband) had spoke. To her the night before?

In my research and personal experience this is quite common when a spouse has been unfaithful and is trying to earn back trust to repair a marriage. I believe, in my personal opinion only, that those 10 months had been how long he had been aware and how long they had been trying to repair their relationship. oMO

Can still remember someone posting a pic of fire dept in the very beginning with red circles around peep with feet/stature/posture/stance exact to perps. Have not been able to find that pic or that post since.

Yikes! It seems like the one's that go silent/supposedly cold (just from what I've observed over the years) are those that 'might' involve a member of their own. Still think same abt Crystal Rogers.

There is a screen shot taken from a YouTube video of Missy working out in the gym with someone in the background with a FIRE DPT shirt on. He/she appears to be working out too. I believe NIN captured that picture and that may not be the picture you are talking about because it was not at the fire station, but at a gym that Missy worked out at. It was an NBC 4 video, I believe, showing LE walking COC church grounds with the sniffer dog. Arkansasmimi posted the YouTube video.

JMHO, honestly we do not know (public) that he was not looked at harder. Just going by the LinkedIn SW, that shows they extracted CW phone. The ATT Target Number also shows they extracted BB phone (and MT did an interview on Thurs of that week and told reporter she knows they have looked at BB phone) SO JMHO BB and CW gave written consent to extract their phone. The ATT Target Numbers allowed the MPD to go back in time and get other phone records. We have not seen any other SW. Possible they got what they needed or even permission from CW to get further records? Not sure how that works. But one would think they would want his phone records too, so if he gave permission we wouldn't see a SW jmho Appears he was truthful with MPD (have not seen anything to make me feel otherwise, yet)

On whom BB was with, MPD knows. As far as releasing the name, I can understand why they haven't to the public. Person most likely is just an innocent person. I know I wouldn't want my name or your or *advertiser censored* name out there to be dragged through the mud for no reason. Same with the first campers who called 911. *I also understand why sleuthers want but, in the big picture they are innocent as far as we know and look what is done to others. And another possible reason is if anything hinky...MPD does not want to tip their hand and will be watching JMHO

It has been awhile, but I THINK there is a video on MB facebook or was of her working out at a gym and the individual with EMS or FF shirt on in the background.
