Now will the jury find out his past misdemeanours? I have no idea what they are and have heard no rumours and it was clear to me once DNA evidence was introduced. Would like to know more about his past now.

Very quick deliberations. The evidence spoke for itself. Im not sure what relief this decision will bring to Alesha's family, at the end of the day she is still gone and they will forever be tormented as to her final hours.

I'm just glad its over for them, no peace, but closure of this truely horrific chapter in their lives.

Unanimous decision.. so would indicate we heard no where near what they did through tweets as we suspected.

Alesha’s mother Georgina Lochrane has a victim’s statement read in court. Says her world has been ripped from her. Alesha’s father Robert says day to day life has become almost impossible & he suffers irreparable pain

Unanimous, it just shows that how things are reported really doesn't reflect how they are in reality. They were barely out, it must have been really much more conclusive in person since none of them seemed swayed in the way some of us were.

Justice for Alesha, thank goodness, and hopefully some semblance of peace for those who loved her, they have conducted themselves with real dignity throughout the trial.
