MajorLang : again I’ve been reading your ‘medium ‘ post.
You put material there implying that at least TWO dogs followed Claudia’s scent all the way to the river.
Could the dogs and the commander be correct ?
Could a boat have been moored there ?
Does anyone know the exact spot ?

I have always thought it a bit odd that the police didn't devote more time and resources to the river area, why bother getting the dogs in then choose to ignore there findings, the dogs have no hidden agendas or preconceptions, they just act on instinct, and tend to be seldom wrong

Perhaps discovery of the body may have revealed a bigger problem for all

I don't know the exact spot on river but there were two dogs. One a mountain rescue dog that can detect scent through the air. The other a police dog with a different skill. They both confirmed the exact spot as the last spot they could detect scent which indicates the river shore as the poor of river entry. But perhaps the dogs weren't Freemasons? IMO

yes Claudia could have walked willingly or forced on to a river boat!

Att MajorLang:
Reading your Medium post on Cl you quote a Rodney Bollard as saying “Frank who is her boyfriend, killed her “
Do you know who Rodney’s Frank is ! ?

I'm not sure poor Rodney was quite the ticket, probably sincere in his beliefs, but not exactly Mr reliable

Rodney spent some time in Heworth (He lives in Nottingham) and spoke to many people, he did have a very good knowledge of the area and the CCTV set up. He queried quite alot of the police evidence and was warned when he upset The Lawrence's sand sectioned when he upset royalty.
My question though is why would they section a dying man because of his views??!

Forgive my ignorance but I only recently became aware of this case just recently whilst reading the BBC news online (I live in the USA) and as I was born in Tang Hall the location piqued my interest. Just a quick observation. The guy that was caught on CCTV on the morning of Claudia's disappearance. Could he have possibly been around the back of her house to check to see if there was any lights on in her house? I do not know the layout of her place but suppose the guy wanted to know if she would be going to work soon and had walked around the front of her place but saw no lights on so went around the back to check that she was up? Perhaps a kitchen or bathroom light? Then he could walk away and lay in wait or whatever. Just a thought.

@Jude Merlin Im sure your local knowledge will benefit us all and pleased you have joined conversation.
Claudia slept until the front bedroom and so her rear bedroom was where her sun tan bed was that would emit ultra violet light. Also if anyone was staying with her they may be in the rear bedroom.
In the morning the ground floor extension was where her kitchen and bethroom were so again any activity may be seen from there. The person in Alley could have been making a drugs drop as the Nags Head pub was being watched by police for cocaine dealing-Could Claudia or any of her friends been involved as users or dealers and could a bad cocaine batch have accidentally caused her death. Revealing this may well have brought an end to dealing in this area?

@Popejohn3 I think Frank was just a name he used as he didn't know the name of the perpetrator-A bit like using the name "Joe"
Didn't I read his full name somewhere and that he is being a Vet, known to CL via her Pony? Maybe of course, I'm mixing up things.
