Wouldn't she have mentioned it, along with the claims of abusive and controlling behaviour she already listed. I mean, she said he strangled her once, didn't she, and she has said that she had to ask for money from him .... so if he was forcing her into sexual activity in return for things, surely she would have mentioned it? It would help her defence for the jury to think he was doing that kind of thing, so why keep quiet about it? Especially as she was asked specifically about their sex life, so an ideal time to disclose it, surely?

As its hearsay I just don't think we can know. It's impossible to know the context. Was SH expected to give sexual favours to NM in exchange for want she wanted ? Was it just a joke and it never happened? If it did happen, was she groomed to think this was normal? If it happened did she instigate it and think it was cool?

Also the stepmum said this was when she was 16 which is five years ago. If it was a joke then maybe it was one she had forgotten.

Poss too that once the home has to be cleared, Shauna wants to size up the two males who will be picking up & dropping off Becky's remains & other evidence. This is her opportunity to do so

And looks like the removal is agreed once they're back home rather than before hand at her mothers. Or maybe NM decided on it once she was asleep...

But surely she wouldn't have much choice in who does it anyway? I can't imagine there can be that many people who you could call on to help store stuff which would be assumed illegal (given the payment involved).

Heck, a large part of normal, healthy relationships may center around sex

SH's responses to police that they don't engage in sex often & when they do, that it is fairly bland is...ridiculous, not reasonable

Anxiously attached to her stepmum. I really believe this was an act of jealously on NM part and that there was no sexual aspect. Just MOO.

Making the removal request separately from the lift home also enables SH to be able to say she had no knowledge that they were doing anything other than giving them a lift home.

The "not often " part could be true at that moment in time, with a toddler and pregnant with twins and suffering morning sickness. The history of threesomes, and her being attracted to girls suggests it wasn't always as vanilla as she's making out though.
