The copies I was given had poor audio. I boosted it as much as I could with the software I have.

Maybe try viewing Tawni Dilly's Youtube. Took me weeks to get the videos and only took her a couple hours to rip them off without credit or anything.

I'm a subscriber!! Thank you so much for posting these and all the other videos you do!! I hate sidebars!! LOL

Video 4, ~7:00
Jodi says Ryan wants to move forward with her, but there's too much talk and he wants it to be solved which she says is just as well since he's not really active in the church.

One word. Lawyer.

Why on earth didn't she or her family call a lawyer, and get one down there PRONTO.

Amazing.

Also, she's much more damaged than I thought, there are plenty of moments when she's downright scary.

Dt. Blaney has nothing JA wants. She can't seduce her, and she doesn't have insider info about Travis' family. The body language says it all.
I think Dt Blaney did a great job of making JA crack. JA also began to talk more towards the end. Det Blaney really hit the nail on the head more than a few times wiht JA and JA's delayed replies really said a lot. Good point about not having information about Travis's family though. I hope JA's evil mind did ponder if there was some way she could use Dt Blaney even just to see the photos, but the detective was far too smart for JA.

Thanks to these videos you see more of JA's narcissistic behavior. As to all of the stalling she does, she's waiting and trying hard to see the photos before crafting a story to them. Also notice in 7/08 the lack of spin or lies about any abuse, fognesia, or "pedo". On top of that she had plenty of time between murder and arrest to load up her journals with any of that BS. All that nonsense was made-up way later.

Uhm, I think I saw a legal shield commercial on youtube during the interrogation.

She asks to see photos numerous times. Some think she just wants to see it to come up with her story, but I don't. If she just wanted to see what photos they found on her camera, I could believe that. But, she knew what she did with his body, so why did she need to see that so badly?

I think she wanted to see just to see again what she had done...some sort of sick pleasure. I cannot say when it was or even who was on the stand at the time...because I have only seen bits and pieces of testimony because of my work schedule...but at one point when he had either crime scene or autopsy photos on the screen and Jodi was trying to act like she wasn't looking that there was a...well...almost a "smirk" on her face as she glanced at the screen and then tried to turn away so no one caught her looking. I wish I knew where so I could post a link, but it was really disturbing.

I'm thinking she took the shots of herself by using the timer on the camera while Travis was in the shower, then she went in and took the pics of him. I don't believe for one second that he participated willingly in this photo session. He looks terrified in the shower pics.

The photos of him on the bed, tough? Did she catch him sleeping on top of the duvet nude, place the bottle of KY (that she brought) next to him and shoot a couple of shots as he awoke? It's really hard to tell what exactly really was going on. If there are pix of the two of them together, that will make it easy. As far as I know, though, there aren't. It's possible she did do these shots herself.

The truest words ever spoken!

Flores: When you want to do something, you just go and do it, and deal with the consequences later.

JA: Yeah.

Video #13, 4:21

At 3:30 on #7 the female detective mentions control and Jodi starts giving her the long creepy death stare straight out of 'the grudge' she is freakin' scary when someone gets too close to the truth.

I'm not seeing the motive behind taking pictures of him naked on the bed without his knowledge, if she deleted them. I also can't imagine sleeping naked on top of the bed covers in the middle of the day, either.

I couldn't believe she kept asking to see photos. If that isn't a red flag I don't know what is.

She's unreal, whispering to herself about how she should've put makeup on, asking if people know and if it will be on the news...then the singing, whispering and giggling to herself....wtf? For someone who always has to be "right", I thought it was weird that she kept singing the wrong lyrics to songs. Also, it pissed me off that she sang the rose. I sing that song to my kids!

I think she equated "no lawyer necessary" and "cooperation" with innocence in the eyes of the law. I'm sure she thought she could handle it herself as she does have one overinflated ego. At one point, she did say that maybe she should talk to a lawyer before telling her ninja story but decided against it. We're talking about a narcissist who once wanted to represent herself in a murder trial. Bottom line is that she doesn't think like a normal person.

I am really annoyed with the legal representation she ended up with and the defence strategy after watching these .. there were so many other options, they went with the one guaranteed to get her the maximum penalty possible by provoking every single person invested in the case, and our human sensibilities. There were so many other, better options available. This case should be about whatever REAL mental issues she has that led to such a pathological obsession, and the tragic result of it, one that she herself fails to understand, for instance, and couldn't control.

My thoughts exactly, this girl is very damaged and has been for a long time.

I agree, but would she have to agree to that?

Her family could have hired one for her anyway, and sent him/her down there. At least to the jail after the first interview with Flores, at minimum for a discussion, Jodi's not capable of making good decisions for herself. I don't think her family is really 'awake'.
