MOO I don't think his approaching a news video crew with his info sounds exactly right, possibly a limelight seeker.

This person could be a limelight seeker- OR a very impassioned person overcome with emotions- acting on emotion rather than sense at the time of horrendous news breaking. Me personally, I have the gut instinct that the person was beyond angry this happened to someone he truly cared for, and it seemed bottled up- the comment “want to know where he is to look at him” is very personal- and connected- I’m not getting limelight- this person is devastated Kenzie is hurt/gone- i feel he knew AA was a viable threat to her- I’m not casting a jaundice eye toward him...I feel for him- just my gut - I have not seen video- I have to keep a degree of separation - moo-

"A man came up to me and identified himself as a friend of Mackenzie's. He was visibly shaken, angry, crying. He asked us if we knew where the suspect was being taken because quote unquote he wanted to see him face-to-face for himself."

Maybe the friend stocked up before stores ran out, didn't need an entire bag for his own lawn or had some left from a previous year? MOO.

Maybe he was planning to put sod down in the area he burned KLs remains knowing fertilizer would make the grass grow much faster, and thicker?

I'm not getting limelight either. If that were the case, he would have appeared on camera, given his name, etc. And, as we see in many cases, he could have done interview after interview with various media outlets. He didn't. MOO

There is also pallets of grass he had purchased. And if you'll notice in the pictures you can see his lawn is freshly laid pallets. If you spend money on sod, it's logical you would also fertilize it. At least I would....

There has been speculation on here that the guy who didn't want to be identified was maybe a little in love with her himself. I think that's entirely possible. There is absolutely no video footage of him, though. Just the reporter recounting what happened after he is gone.

Yeah that gaming team sent me down another rabbit hole. I couldn’t find anything on the sponsor, but I didn’t dig too deep. I swear I saw something about him earning something in a tournament. I didn’t get the impression it was a lot of money. Maybe something his ex-wife said? Or...I’m just going insane.

If ML was telling the unnamed man about AA, it would seem that her relationship with AA leaned towards friendship or business and not a romantic interest right? You wouldn't tell one man you are dating about another? AA was into modeling and photography/videography. Perhaps he was offering to shoot some still or videos of ML, for her Sugar Baby profile or website?

I've sold bags of potting soil, plastic pots, fertilizers, pest control, perlite, etc to friends and neighbors. Either it was in my garage or I pick it for them when I get mine. I think the speculation over the fertilizer is a bit silly. We shall see though!

Right. I’m open to the possibility that he was fantasizing, but it doesn’t feel like it, to me. I wonder if we’ll ever hear what ML told him. Would ML’s text messages to a third party fall under any exception to the hearsay rules? @gitana1? (These would be text messages from ML to a third party, describing AA’s actions/communications in a way that made the third party very concerned for AA.)

And note that if what he says is true, he’s isolated and does not have a natural outlet for his grief. In other words, ML’s family members have each other. Her sorority sisters and other friends are in a network of friendship and have other people that they can grieve with.

But if he met her online, and did not become part of her wider network of friends, then he may not have anyone to talk to who will understand. So, venting to a reporter might have felt very good indeed.

Beyond curious if this person has talked with LE- keep thinking about him stating he didn’t want it to be known how he knew KL- for someone to be physically shaken/shaking- he’s emotionally overcome- even risking his identity- this person cares deeply for KL- IMO- sounds like he physically wants to harm AA he’s so angry- almost like let me get my hands on him .... JMO- I’ve seen men connected to violent/sexual crime victims get just like this, pushing their “normal” behavior aside in the moment- just unaware of surroundings- full of emotions/ rage/ etc...in no way seeking attention-

If anyone is able a look at those sponsors might reveal more websites of his, I’m not sure. One is / was a t shirt manufacturer that has a very similar name as AJ. I’ve learned teams did try to support themselves this way.
