Good post, you have me thinking.

Did Amy say "You don't understand, I'm Amy Bradley", because she knows how high up her captors go, are connected, and fears even trying to make a dash on a US Ship?
Why else would she say that?

You have no idea how many times I have wondered these same things. Why didn't she alert an American official when she was brought into the country for the San Francisco trip? Why didn't she alert Customs and Immigration officials in Barbados? Why didn't she try to alert the police in Curacao? Why didn't she run on Pier 39? Then, I think of Jaycee Dugard and Elizabeth Smart. Her compliance was probably based in fear.

I have been asked to post the artist sketches individually. If I can do anything like this to help any of you, please let me know.

Jaime, your motives are absolutely not in question.

Oh good. What a relief! :)

I know that I am frustrating to sleuthers because I insist on working only with facts.

In Amy's case, I don't find this frustrating at all. Honestly. I only follow a handful of cases on WS, and Amy's is the one about which I feel most protective of the truth -- meaning, I am less inclined to toss out random theories because I know in my gut she did not die on that ship. I knew it when I saw the first news reports in 1998, and I know it now. The only difference is, until a few months ago I assumed she had been taken for prostitution. I'm no longer convinced of this, and the information I've learned here about the Caribbean, the cruise industry, Alexis, Lexxxy, and Paul Baxter really p*sses me off.

I try to be careful about what I ask because I don't want to do anything that will further hurt her or her family. I just want to help bring her home. (I also want five minutes alone with Paul Baxter, but that's another post for another day.)

I know that I am frustrating to sleuthers because I insist on working only with facts. I have seen missing persons cases become a circus with wild assumptions, diversions, unproven information, and crazy accusations. Unproven connections quickly develop a life of their own.

I feel like that is already starting to happen in this thread.

FindAmy has been verified as an insider by Websleuths on this case. He or she has shared a great deal of information with us. Information that we most likely would not get otherwise. And he or she hasn't really given us a reason to doubt what he or she says.

I don't want to tell anyone else how to post or what to say, but is it really necessary to question FindAmy? If he or she says something is not connected to the case, or that it has been investigated and found to be a dead end, is it really helpful to keep asking "are you SURE? How do you know?"

Personally, I am starting to get confused. FindAmy, you are interested in Affordable Adult Vacations simply because Amy's picture showed up on their website, right? And why do people keep bringing up Adult Friend Finder? From what I can tell, it really has nothing to do with this case. What is the connection again, if any?

I've been following this thread and didn't feel like I had anything to add but one thing that has stuck out to me is what Amy told her brother about "yellow"

am I right in saying that she told her brother that yellow was "creepy" (I have to agree,he just has a look about him) before she was dancing with him?

So if that is correct...I've seen the cruise video of Amy,why would she be dancing the way she was with him or dancing with him at all if she found him creepy.to agree with a poster above it makes it possible that she may have been given an inhibitor.

Josie- I believe it was actually the Portuguese waiter that Amy found creepy. Not Yellow, the band member. The waiter's name and picture are in this thread somewhere, but I'm blanking on it right now.

Thank you very much for such a nice post.

Affordable Adult Vacations was the escort resort website on Margarita Island, Venezuela where Amy's photographs were posted in December of 2002 and again from 2004-2005. There was an FBI investigation, but there wasn't any evidence that Amy had ever been to the resort. The owners of that resort obtained Amy's photograph somewhere and they know where. I want to know where, too.

I don't know how this Adult Friend Finder got started except that on newer versions of the escort resort website, it was stated that the resort escorts must sign up for Adult Friend Finder. I guess someone thinks that Amy would be on Adult Friend Finder or people who somehow knew her would be there. I have no knowledge of a connection to Amy's case.

Thank you for all of the time you are spending with Amy's case. You are very much appreciated, but you can only have Baxter after I get my five minutes.

You're right. The waiter was the one Amy thought was creepy. He was the one who wanted her to go to Carlos and Charlies.

Amy had commented that she thought Alister Douglas was hitting on her. Iva has told me that she noticed Douglas as part of the band. She was turned off by the way he was moving while he was performing. Iva's words were that the first time she laid eyes on him she felt very uncomfortable.

I don't know why Amy was dancing with Alister Douglas. Iva and Ron had gone to bed early because they were tired from driving around Aruba all day. I guess Amy and Brad were just being typical college aged kids on a vacation. After dinner, they did take part in a Limbo contest and then wandered to the upper deck disco area where they encountered Alister Douglas. The rest is history. They weren't drunk or influenced by any drugs. They returned to the room at about 3:30.

It would be my opinion that Paul Baxter and his wife Ana know exactly where the photo of Amy (and other questionable photos on the AAV site) originated. They were involved in each and every little detail of running that vacation business.

I really cannot see either Paul or Ana not knowing where the photo was obtained. Nope - no way - they know where it came from.

Here is the lovely Paul and Ana:

Keep in mind I'm new to WS. If my thoughts are far fetched, please remove. I think it is so important to continue to investigate the minute details of the business dealings of the adult vacation sites. I also believe that we need to use the national media (Anderson Cooper/Lisa Ling) to provide another indepth investigation into human trafficking. I imagine that someone like Oprah would have empathy to keep this in the media.

Many oil and oilfield related American companies have sites in the Caribbean. I would venture if there was an organized effort to request that these companies would adopt Find Amy as a 'project', the companies could assist by educating the workers (stationed in the Caribbean) on Amy's plight. I'm thinking a packet with Amy's info, who to contact, etc.

Is there a college/graduate program, similar to the Innocence Project, that could help with investigating.

Can we have an updated age-progression sketch of Amy. Was the last on done in 2005? I think this would be useful in helping to identify her. Stress and sun exposure can quicken the aging process.

That's what I gathered from his website. I literally stumbled on it. I can't see the video on this computer though :maddening: I'm guessing there was no one else in the video that appeared to be watching Amy? From what I read the video is difficult to see because it's dark, I'm just wondering if the older dark haired man is on it anywhere

Iva has watched that video many times. Very recently, she told me that it was necessary for her to go through it again and that she was in tears the entire time. That video is very difficult for her to watch. The dark haired man is not on the video.

I actually think getting photo's from other on the cruise ship might be VERY helpful especially since everything the cruise ship had is gone. Would you or the Bradleys be willing to post it on her facebook page?

Love this idea. A few thoughts in addition; apologies if they've already been covered: (1) Is there a Web forum for fans of cruise travel on which a post could be placed asking for photos from anyone who was on the same cruise? (2) What about posting a request on the Royal Caribbean Facebook page for photos from anyone who may have been on the same cruise? Wouldn't have to mention Amy's name. :)

(I'm a rabble rouser.)

Edited: forgot to delete the rest of Cltguy49's original post

I agree with you. Paul was the manager of the resort and Zaglanitis owned it. One or both of them knew where the photograph came from.

Alexisz and Baxter boasted on the website that the escorts on their website were real escorts from the resort. They claimed they didn't use photographs of escorts who weren't available. Really??? So why did they later claim Amy's photograph came from Curacao, and she wasn't an escort at the resort?

Who was the Curacao connection? Who took that photograph?

There is no sketch. All that is known is that he was middle aged and had dark hair.

I know this is really stretching, but, man, do I wish we could find a photo of Zaglanitis. (Come on, elepher! You can do it! :D)

You have some wonderful ideas and we appreciate anything you could do.

Amy's poster is below. The information is current.

There is a Power Point presentation that has already been created.

I don't know of any groups like the Innocence Project.

There isn't an age progression that has been done. The sketch with the wild hair was done in 2005 which was seven years ago.

Also, FA, do we know for sure that the Lexxxy photo you've posted is legit? Or might we find out that -- much like the fancy company business address -- the reality is a little more like this?

We're sure that's her. She would be in her mid to late 30s right now. She's probably close in age to Amy. She has three sons with Zaglanitis. The oldest is a little younger than high school.
