Thanks for the chuckle. Heck if we didn't find a bit of humor at times we wouldn't be able to hang here. IMO. Speaking of shoes yesterday we were discussing how Longo only mentioned for searchers to BOLO the shirt, pants, phone and pink case. No mention of her jewellery or SHOES!!!!!

I think Hannah kept walking. I don't think she waited outside a bar for anyone. Time will tell.

You know, that area is littered with cameras that catch pedestrians or people walking by businesses. Hannah was captured on various cameras repeatedly that night, walking around. The fact that she was never captured on any camera after Tempo and her meet up with JM is a serious indication that she did not leave the area on foot, but rather, by car.

thanks for indulging me, but humor me some more. How could a photo show INTENT to anything? Unless a text reads: "I plan to rape/hurt/maim" how could it possibly "show" intent? Just interesting with the language IMO... I want to know more.

Can't remember who mentioned it, but Longo did mention her shoes in the PC. If I'm remembering correctly he mentioned her pants, top (he described it as silver and described the mesh details), phone w/ pink case and her "white" shoes. I think he corrected himself to add the color but I'm not certain on that. Not that that's relevant at all. Anyway, I was listening closely at that point because I was wondering if her watch/bracelet was going to be mentioned and it wasn't.

I get the feeling with Chief Longo that what isn't mentioned is as important as what is. He's difficult for me to read, which is his job.

Oh ok, yes, you're right. I misunderstood. And it's occurred to me that just because he mentions to look for the shoes doesn't mean they don't have them. It might be misdirection. IDK.

Speaking of the jewelry, I assume that's a big bracelet although I thought "watch" when I saw it. I haven't worn a watch in years due to having my phone with me at all times.

Yes. In my areas, housekeeping took care of the trash and put it in the designated dumpsters... The waste is double bagged in a clear bag and then a red bag marked biohazard IIRC. The bags would not hold the weight of a human being though. Typically, the biohazard trash was sealed needle boxes, syringes, bloody or soiled gauze/dressings, etc. from the areas where I worked, PACU, Ambulatory Surgery and ER. I am not sure about the OR though...

I was thinking cloths, anything used to clean, hear phone and/or objects used to harm her

I agree with previous post that Hannah was running at 12:55 to totally drunk at 1:45, but only had one drink in that time. Could the intent to defile warrant be because they have found proof that he purchased a date rape drug? Or would they be going off the witness statements from the girls he was pestering earlier?

I still haven't seen any kind of answer as to why Hannah was even in that area, do we know anything about that at all?

I can't tell if she is wearing underwear in the hallway pic, I imagine it would have to be a thong, because the yoga pants are very low on her (maybe because she is so tall). Anyway, I think that she probably wore underwear. Don't know if bra, though. JMO

It could be me who is confused. Not sure if there is a transcript of that presser. The context in which he stated she was wearing white shoes led me to believe he was not including them as to what to look for. I may be wrong myself.
