She must be pretty delicate, my bruises take time to surface. I usually have to tell my husband when I do something so 2-3 days later when a bruise shows up I remember how I got it. They didn’t make it seem like she waited days to take the picture. Maybe I’m just a slow bruiser. Even my drop from my 16h horse mid air on my side resulted in scratches and redness but the actually bruising took a bit to come in. Then I looked like someone beat me with a baseball bat down one side.

ETA: she also seems to heal quickly as no one seems to recall actually seeing them from what I’ve seen. Maybe she can just magically will them into existence and away.

I predict (whatever the outcome of this trial) somewhere on an insignificant website of the future could be a snippet movie announcement:

Amber Heard (Head of Lying Liars, Inc - since 2022) is said to be attempting to contact anyone with a camera to recreate the 1944 film "To Have and To Have Not" with a the new title of "To Have Not and The Has-been" with Heard in the starring roles of both Slim and Steve. So far, no one is returning her calls, and restraining orders have been filed banning her from further attempts.
Shady News also reports that recent underground studies in Ketchum Idaho show E Hemingway has possibly rolled over.

I don't envy them.

I know witnesses are told to direct their answers to the jurors (which I understand but find strange and unsettling in general). If I was serving on this trial today, there would probably now be another recording of someone else (besides JD) throwing up in this trial.

well, partly because she misrepresented him and tied him up in BS, after she had pushed the ‘we have all the same likes and dislikes, including the most obscure”.

also, Elon Musk has also said he was in love with her, and may in fact have been so to the point where he fathered her child…

She looks good, and she creates a confusing pother and whirlwind to excite and/or baffle you.

She also tells you repeatedly, apparently, that if there is any problem in the relationship it is you.

He may absolutely have been vain and foolish; but these tempestuous relationships confuse you.

I’m a long time Websleuther, following Missing Persons ( mostly Colorado)and sadly subsequent murder trials.

It never occurred to me until a few days ago that WS would have a thread on this trial and I’m so glad I found it and can follow along with y’all.

I’m approximately 10 years older than JD so of course I’ve always been aware of him as an actor. Mostly from Edward Scissorhands/ Gilbert Grape. Never seen any Pirates movies. So not what you’d call a big fan or follower.
Just had a general perception of him as a cool nice guy, a bit eccentric but well loved and respected.

I never knew a single thing about AH or the UK trial until a month ago.
I have no idea how I became so morbidly curious and invested in this current trial lol. It’s not the salacious tabloid details that interest me. I just have to say that IMO it appears to me that JD has been wrongly accused and is definitely a victim of defamation.

Too many reasons to list why I’ve come to this conclusion, but mainly I just don’t see anyone else in JD’s entire life ever seeing this behavior AH claims.
AH seems to be very sick, troubled and hell bent on revenge JMO. Scary.

Anyway, didn’t mean to ramble.

thanks!! Very helpful… part of me is both happy and sad to have the lady come back tomorrow to talk more, because I would indeed like to know what is going on exactly with her noncongruent facial expressions that I react to, but then again, Ms. PR Team Heard doesn’t need correction or assistance.

I also thought they left out asking her analysis of the most interesting part, because AH facial expressions during the post-triple-punch saga before Vinnie kicked in, were so so bad… that was in fact the part i believed the least.

2nd most interesting conclusion; her storytelling structure belongs to that of Jussie Smollett’s (60 percent of the lead up to the anecdote tosses in the liar’s extraneous details), and about 20 percent devoted to the actual horrible allegation (rushing through it) which is what indicates it’s a lie;

1st most interesting conclusion, the expert says that Amber is constantly looking at JD during the testimony, which is again incongruent behavior for an abuse victim. She should more properly avoid looking at him directly; and at two points she raises her head to look down her nose at JD, which is a superior position (duh); and that the victim should be the one turning turtle.

she did say she thinks the AH reportage on JD purported rants about ‘*advertiser censored* actresses’ had more of the appearance of truth; but I note that these could be generic rants about the state of the industry, and we have plenty of evidence that he worries about leaving Lily-Rose alone on sets with actors he doesn’t know.

At one point she threw up a social media post in the saddle 1-2 years ago (riding a horse that JD had given her: the present of which was also implied was really a controlling inappropriate chain in her UK statement):

‘Just being in close proximity to barrels makes me happy!’

said no barrel rider ever IMO… if she didn’t turn that over to some intern I’d be shocked, were she not so cheap; because I find it hard to believe she falls into a swoon walking down city streets and coming upon orange construction barrels, lol.

All of the time an actor is on set, or even on location, they have dozens of 'servants' of every type, surrounding them to meet their every need.
They have drivers to pick them up in the morning, and they can arrive at work in a jogging suit, with dirty hair and no make up because there is a whole team of wardrobe stylists and hair and make up artists to make them shine.
Their every need and wish is fulfilled throughout the day. Their food is catered, served to them in their dressing room, and if they need or want anything at all, they just need to wave their hand to one of the many assistants and production managers and it will all be handled for them.

The most humble and down to earth actors can be self aware enough to know that the entitlement only exists on set while working. And they do not treat everyone else in the world as if they are part of a production crew.

That quick little moment, where Miss Heard tried to hand off her water bottle to the Deputy that was assigned to escort her off the stand, was very revealing, imo. It was like she automatically put herself above the female bailiff, so much so that she assumed she could hand her some trash to throw out for her, as if that Deputy was one of her production crew.

It made me think this whole thing was still an act for her. She didn't look at a uniformed officer in the court, with the respect that most of us have for them. She saw her as another one of those dozens of crew members who exist to cater to her needs. :rolleyes:

Oh Lord. Her innocent claims that JD insisted on buying her a horse and she refused for about a month— and then he arranged it with her Dad— and she “ guessed it was in transport”. C’mon!
I don’t care how generous JD is,would he really foist a gift of a living creature like a horse on someone who didn’t want it?!
And he sent her 2 guitars?
And he gave her books for her birthday that she “ can only assume were expensive “ ? Hahaha You KNOW she googled their worth.
What a poor innocent “ I believe I was 22 then” she was.
As for her being amazed that they shared a love for “ old blues music “ in their bubble, I’m pretty sure she googled that too prior to meeting in his trailer.

well, at the time I think he owned a horse farm for his mother, so I think he had a place for the horse to go if she had really said no…

sometimes she says she only returned the single guitar that Tasya intercepted, whoops, she said it like it was her platonic roommate, didn’t mention it was a jealous girlfriend reason, a naïf would have assumed it was because she didn’t want their budding relationship to make it into the press… other than that I’m absolutely with you, lol.

Maybe it is my weary eyes, but I see tears welling up in one of her eyes, and one big tear falling down her cheek. I watched her entire monologue, I mean testimony, and never saw a tear. n

The thing opposite the left side of her mouth (stage right) is a mole, I think.

Either that or a zit.

the thing on the center bottom peak of her chin could go either way IMO, tear or blemish.

I also think they did something special, or maybe it’s CourtTV with a warm default camera light , because your picture looks like she is smack dab in the natural light from the window, that periodically looks as if it’s shining in the eyes/lapel of JD/Chew/Nadelhaft;
But I’ve never seen it that silvery bright on the witness stand.

There's a scene where Sean violently throws a glass or jar at Alex, it just misses her head and smashes in the kitchen wall behind her, and the glass shatters into tiny pieces all over her hair. In the second episode Alex talks about how he calls her a *advertiser censored* and effing b-word after she tells him she won't get an abortion, and how he punched the wall beside her head and she didn't do anything about it, another scene about how she ended up on the carpet at the domestic shelter, knew this carpet, etc. and finally decided she had to get up and fight... Just a lot of similarities, in my opinion.
