The first thing Im asking is: Is the child active on social media? Do they have a cellphone? he said.
Hiner said the Internet is making stranger abductions a thing of the past.
People might look at that and say it was a stranger abduction, said Hiner, referencing the Lovell case in Blacksburg. But to the child victim, the person isnt a stranger. Its their Internet friend....
