OMG I cant imagine what his mother thinks now
I think she knew, MOO! That's why she said he has a good lawyer!

He may have known about the choking fetish but it's doubtful the police would have told him about the contents of the electronics as if that had ever come out by accident the jury would have been tainted. IMO
I imagine MR"s mother found out at the same time the rest of us did just how sick, perverted and evil her son really is.
JMO, IMO, MOO
It's upsetting but not a new thing JME
PLEASE PLEASE tell me the jury is observant enough to notice a shift in mood and feeling from the members of the public in that room with them now that they all know the truth about MR.
It's that Terri-Lynne McClintic; she has just ruined our lives. MOO Don't think she will change her mind too much. MOO
he has been labelled now. Not a good life ahead of him no matter how you slice it. MOO
good things are no longer comming his way.....gosh and illiterate too.
O/T n/t: I just found out that Adam Mayes killed himself and the two girls are now safe: http://www.latimes.com/news/nation/nationnow/la-na-nn-adam-mayes-20120511,0,5482088.story
It seems like something always happens when I'm away from the computer, so I'm going to go and have my shower now.

That doesn't make it okay, though. If you read carefully the articles that discuss Heeney's decision, this is about the internet and computers, not cars and houses, as in the case you mentioned upthread. Heeney based his decision on something that was working its way through the courts after MR was arrested and after the search warrants had been acted upon. The issue is: why did Heeney hold the Rafferty warrants up to a law that wasn't even in place at the time of his arrest/search.
IMO
they may just get quizno's or something sent in to deliberation room. MOO
and coffee, juice, muffins and cookies for breaks
seems like the govt thing to do :O)
Mike Knoll: sorry. Just had a chat with Tara McDonald. Who wants all of these readers to know she's "rocking it" and that she thinks Rafferty is a "****ing pig"
How could she ignore that her son had child *advertiser censored* on his computer...sick
He can't if it's not guilty. If it's a mistrial then he will be.
