I have been doing pretty good, but must admit I am wanting to chain smoke today.

Carry around a small pic of Travis. Look at it each time you have that desire to smoke. Think about how he would try his hardest to quit with you if he wasn't murdered. Let him be a motivational thought to you.

There is no way in hell the jurors will let the overkill go unpunished. In Casey Anthony and OJ, you couldn't prove pre-meditation like you can with Jodi. It wasn't heat of passion - the actual moment was in May when Travis told her off. She had a couple of weeks to cool off and she didn't. She planned to do something in Meza, that's for sure. Whether she intended to kill him in May is debatable in my mind. But I think once she got there she pre-meditated. Waiting until he was in the shower and getting him seated in there was my tip off.

I think the reason it is taking longer than we'd like is that someone on that jury recognizes the importance of the jury to this trial (juror questions) and is thinking they can write a book. The longer they deliberate, the more answers you have for an eventual tell all.

Has anyone noticed how the site is going down and slow? What good is the site if we can't get on. Read up they're trying to move to 2 servers but that won't be until after the verdict.

I for one want this site up and running when the verdict comes in. Lets try not to clog it up. It's not meant for anyone personally. Just a suggestion.

My site is running better now than it has before! Loving being able to talk to everyone!

If anyone's willing to go to post #1610 where there's a video of JM's closing, and tell me who the young woman is shown sitting in front of TA's family at the 3:50 mark, I'd appreciate it. I first noticed her when a baliff escorted her to a seat behind Bryan "eye-guy" Numeister, who was sitting at the mitigation lady's table after his testimony. I thought maybe she was his daughter who'd come to support him. When court recessed and eye-guy left, the young lady remained behind until JSS spotted her, smiled broadly, and beckoned her to come to her. They spoke together warmly. I've seen the young woman since then, always seated apart from the gallery.. Anyone know who she is?

I really feel for these jurors. They have been patient for four months through some excruciating testimony/testiphony. I will be patient. They can take as much time as they need...as long as there is a verdict TODAY!!! lease:

If we knew the occupations of the jurors, we'd probably understand the delay. There's bound to be one or more who want to want a visual (premeditation chart, timeline, JA's lies list, etc) and that takes more time than simply talking.

I laughed out loud last night when Nancy Grace was reading one of Jodi' tweets where she is complaining about not receiving some of her commissory items. One of the items not received was a "sausage chub". Nancy asked "What is a sausage chub?" The look on her face was priceless when one of her guests told her it was a roll of sausage....:floorlaugh:
