Jodi Arias was 27 no amount of mental gymnastics will change that fact. She was not 12. She may have sounded 12, she may have sounded like a screeching cat, but she was not. She was a 27 year old grown woman.

That was the Valentine's gift that was never talked about.....because he never sent her anything for Valentine's Day. She would have texted about it, and there is no mention of them.

I think if the Spidey underware was such an issue, it would have come up in the phone sex recording. They were talking about super hero's and Travis stated he really didn't like spiderman. I think that would have the perfect opportunity to talk about those spidey undies if it was something they did. IMO.

I think the reference of the 12 year old girl having her first orgasm was sarcastic at best. Did you hear how she was talking during that tape? In her little girl sickening sweet voice? I think of it like this.... Have you ever said to your significant other.. You are acting like a baby, or quit acting like a 2 year old or I am going to rip your head off. Now does that make the person saying that a child abuser because they said those words? No it doesn't it is just words. I am the queen of sarcasm and I think Travis was sarcastic at times. I do not think his reference to saying the 12 year old girl comment was a perversion at all. I think he was kinda making fun of her in a backhanded way. I think Travis had a sarcastic streak in him and I think he pissed Jodi off a lot with his words. She seems to be the type to take everything he said to heart when he really didn't mean it that way. IMHO of course.

ITA! I have said the same thing to my mom, discussing the 12 yr. old girl comment. (I am VERY sarcastic, sometimes I have to check myself with my sarcastic comments, might be why I don't post too much heheheh) I think waaaaay too much is made of that comment. (moo)

I don't this my feelings about Travis are off. I've heard the same repulsed feelings from parents that I have. I'm not saying she's innocent I'm purely saying that as a parent it grossed me out and worried me. I'm not as emotionally driven as some on here or 99 percent from the posts I'm reading. I think she's guilty I just don't have this <modsnip> hang her mentality.

I'm an attorney and while admit to being emotional about this case and passionate about my feelings that jodi is guilty and that Travis deserves justice, my profession renders me particularly capable of examining evidence and argument clinically, dispassionately and divorced from my emotions. Thus, despite my dislike of both defense counsel for what I felt was a ruthless defense based on allegations they knew were lies, despite my dislike if their styles, I was able to see that technically, they did a good job for their client with the facts they had and I didn't buy into the vitriol about their looks or outfits or how they sat or adjusted their junk.
Bottom line, zero credible evidence of pedophilia tendencies on part of Travis. In fact, her allegations about Travis viewing pornographic media of young boys and breaking her finger when she caught him was thoroughly refuted. Thoroughly.

Finally, as an attorney, I am well able to use logic when analyzing facts and evidence. But that ability is not unique to my kind. Thousands of my sleuth friends here clearly demonstrate their intelligence and wisdom and ability to set emotion aside and utilize logic. And frankly, I find your post to contain the inference that people who don't see evidence of pedophilia are irrational people letting their emotions get in the way of reality. And I think that's offensive. Especially since I believe that a finding that some basis for those revolting allegations exists, is not based in reality.

There is absolutely nothing brought up during the whole trial that justifies deeming Travis disgusting or whatever word one chooses to use. HE WAS AMAZING.

IF- anyone feels they can deem Travis disgusting or any other bad word as a result of anything discussed with regard to him that person is basing that opinion on testimony related to SEX. Or on naked pictures and sexual emails, texts ete.Any person that deems anyone disgusting based on their private sex life is very, well-
conservative sexuality, uncomfortable with their own sexuality, prudish perhaps and so on. For sure Jodi and Travis had a wild and active and crazy wild sex life. SO WHAT!

She killed him, she was a s-l- ?-t, she slept around to manipulate men. Travis liked sex, Jodi wasn't his first. He had sex with women he was in relationships with.

There are a list of people who after being interviewed by the media the next door neighbor who killed 10 people was a nice guy. My neighbor seemed like a great guy he had a collection of child *advertiser censored*. He also taught Sunday school. All these people who say he was a great guy also thought he was an observant Virginia Mormon. He had two lives and none of us know who this guy was and that seems to include his family and friends. Friends that have even seemed to have changed their opinions on Travis.

My guess has always been 3 days, but when they requested to come in at 10am today I thought they might have been sleeping on a decision. I wonder why they asked to start late since it looks like that wasn't the reason? Unless someone changed their mind while they were sleeping on it ...

JVM reporting the mood around the court house has definitely changed. Anticipation has decreased and people starting to wonder.

Family members are nervous waiting for JM to call. I feel so bad for them. I know I am a nervous wreck waiting. So many THs literary just guessing. Now JC sees a defiant jury! What the heck?

I sure hope we hear some real news soon. I just figured the fact she did such overkill, 3 fatal blows, the jury already asked so many questions, this would be quick. Positive thoughts for M1 today!
I'm hanging my hat on JM closing, start from the top. M1 should be satisfied easily. Must be something else they are working on.

If I were that Juror, I would not be happy with JC's reinactment of (my defiance)...per JC's description.
