Many years ago, when the waiter didn't seem to be coming with the check fast enough, I used to let my hyperactive toddler get down from his chair and go to town. Unfortunately he's grown now, or I'd send him down to the courthouse.

Since you admit to having done that too ... I feel so much less evil. I used to lean over and whisper into my son's little ear ....You're on, sweetheart....

Tomorrow is the ONLY day this week that I have things to do and places to go so of course the verdict will come tomorrow.

OT - Has anyone got the pocket hose or the aqua rug yet???

That pocket hose keeps tempting me. lol
But, if I ever start considering smooth tip catheters or wondering if I need to contact a lawyer about a mesh sling implant (never had that surgery) ... I'll know its time to step away from the TV. :)

I know this is 100% Off Topic but since we are all here wasting time until the Verdict drops...I thought I would let people know what a sad week this has already been...now coupled with the stress of worrying about Travis getting the Justice he deserves...I'm pushing the limits of my strength and hope in mankind.

(Mods, I'm sorry is this isn't allowed but I needed to release this and if it's NOT ok, then please remove.)

2 days ago, one of my best friends from High School lost her daughter Katie. Katie was only 8 years old and had been fighting for her life from a terrible disease called Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer. Katie Bug lost her fight in her Mother's Arms the day before yesterday and this child inspired thousands of folks around our community and even further with her determination to beat that disease. Unfortunately, her little body just could no longer make that brave fight. I wanted to tell you all about Katie because she was just such an amazing little girl. If you all get a chance, please give some positive thoughts and vibrations for her Mother Terry and if you want to read about Katie, here is a link for you to do just that.

So this has been a very trying week so far for me...I am trying to keep everything in perspective and stay positive; but this waiting....this waiting is really upsetting me and I cannot imagine what Travis's poor family is having to deal with emotionally. It's heart breaking. Can we all just send some love tonight to those that are in pain and need positive thoughts and hope! Thanks for letting me vent! Peace!

I know someone that took Ambien and drove her car into a big oak tree.

She's alive but forever crippled.

I did that too! I was lucky though and not hurt.

Seriously people, take a valerian root if you can't sleep.

I can't stand this defense att. on HLN. or Jason Liam.

5 jurors have just left with deputy.. .appears they are taking a break --per HLN (Ryan Smith)

Maryellenabc15 Tweets "5 juror's just emerged for a breather.. now being escorted to elevator" "Juror's must feel all eyes are on them when they emerge (cuz they r).... but seem pretty relaxed coming out...relieved for a breather"

Smoke break for jury!

Lol, no you don't! I took Ambien ONE TIME. I slept. And then I sleep-drove. I woke up with a cop knocking on my driver's side window, a deployed air bag, a knot on my head and a tree in my car. I was fine, car was totaled, she drove me home, I flushed the bottle down the toilet. A month later I got a bill from the city for the expense of sending an arborist out to examine the tree, lol.

Schuby. Did the city send a medic out to examine you or were they only concerned about the tree? :floorlaugh: How about a mechanic for your car? Guess you were lucky they did not charge you with DUI.

I am now officially worried about this verdict. :scared:

Beth K. :

5 jurors being escorted out. She says there are bathrooms in the deliberation room, so it must be a smoke break.

Darn HLN and their beaking news, they just gave me a heart attack.

That pocket hose keeps tempting me. lol

I was tempted to get the pocket hose until I looked at it close up. It's made out of some kind of funky fabric that didn't look to me like was very hose like and looked like it could rip apart.
