Can I post screen shots with his replies on Facebook to the victim's older brother regarding the incident?
 
I think ask is off limits? That's why it's censored? Maybe a mod would be so kind to clarify?

It's off limits because it's minors talking to minors and you wouldn't be able to post any questions or replies without verifying the other party is a minor. Way too much work to make sure we stay within TOS.
 
Some of that seems like typical male teenager crap. I had one concern though.
 
Just to be mindful the suspect is NOT the young man from CA with the same name who is also an athlete.
 
There are at least two other young people with the same name as the suspect that internet users have been linking incorrectly to the suspect for the last two days.
