My poor husband let me pose him in the shower to get angles right, let me drag him down our tile hallway wet, even let me drag him over the elevated part of the shower to see if it was possible. I'm currently not working so when he calls me during the day and asks what I'm doing he replies " I'll let you get back to killing the b-word. " he won't watch hln shows at night w me but he sure asks about updates. He even likes me to read kcl and pasa observations but won't participate after his workday lol. Ill take what I can get, even of I have to watch march madness.

KCL says that Maria is the one we see at the table, and who sometimes talks with Willmott and Arias.

But one would think that if she is a Mitigation Specialist and ALV may be called as an 'expert' Mitigation Witness in a potential penalty phase, that they may work together at some point if they're not already.

You'd think that the entire Defense Team would work together to some extent, securing the preparation and cooperation of their witnesses as appropriate.

Whom do you think is really running Team Jodi: Jennifer, Kirk, or the defendant herself?

With the computer witness coming up in rebuttal is he going to further prove that Travis had no *advertiser censored*/boys images on his computer? i think the point was made but i'm hoping that he's gives info on Jodi's computer. Maybe showing her looking up stuff like "How to murder and get away with it" or showing her hacking into Travis' computer and sending herself emails..I'm curious to as what he will bring to the table. I wonder why there isn't more info on what jodi was doing on her computer.

And the other fun fact is that JA's hard drive was found broken when it was seized.

Usually, when you enter a wrong password when trying to log into an account, there is a 'forgot password' option you are given. When Clicking that option, you are asked a secret question to which Travis would have answered when he set up his account. For example - What is your mother's maiden name? All Jodi would need to know is the answer. If it was a question she didn't know, being the manipulative, sneaky thing that she is, she could easily bring up a conversation with Travis that would give her that answer.

She was originally brought on board as the mitigation specialist for the defense because it is a death penalty case. In the event of a guilty verdict, the mitigation specialist testifies in the penalty phase.

At some point, the DT changed her role.

Because they couldn't find anyone else to testify in the trial!

I have no problem with expert witnesses selling their expertise. It happens on both sides, and it's necessary.

But they do have a responsibility to the court, and the taxpayers, to arrive at their findings, and to present them, with integrity, and without bias.

The Arias defence team obviously dug to the bottom of the barrel in this case. First we had Samuels - a bungling, biased, outdated psychologist, with dubious ethics. Now we have LaViolette, with almost identical 'talents', but in the position to inflict terrible harm on the victim, and his family.

Can't wait until the state expert witness takes the stand. I have a feeling she will put these two to even more shame, just by professional comparison.

My friend constantly reads mystery novels does not follow this trial. We've never discussed it.

I graphically told her about the wounds, being dragged into a shower stall. She was intrigued thinking I was telling her of a new book to read. Then I told her the perp is claiming self defense. She burst out laughing. Not at the crime.

I've tried to get her to come here since truth is certainly more baffling than fiction could ever be.

I just wish we knew the truth but when the victim is dead the real truth will never be known.

I have read a lot of the texts and emails but the one where Travis was so angry and upset is different. Something very serious happened for Travis to be that upset with her.

That was one of the things that made me so livid yesterday when ALV took it on her own to be a crystal ball reader and said it proved he was an abuser. If she wasn't filled with so much bias she would have gotten to the bottom of it WHY he became so upset with Arias but she seems to dismiss everything that may put her in a bad light.

I don't think he knew she was coming there that day. I think she snuck in. She had his garage key pad code.

Also I've been thinking. lol If Travis was so sexually attracted to her then why didn't they have sex right away? I'm sure a lot of us have had times we have had to be away from our partner and missed them sexually as well and cant wait to have sex with each other. After all she had moved in April and he hadn't seen her since she moved. But according to Arias they go to sleep and sleep until after 1? What couple does that when sex is suppose to be everything in this relationship? What young couple waits 7-8 hours to have sex when nothing is stopping them from having it when she walked in the door around 3-4 in the morning? Something just isn't right.

And to me Juan really cant prove that Travis even had sex that day. I listened closely to his OS awhile ago and the two photos of Travis laying on the bed are the only two of Travis other than the shower pics and crime pics and we know he is not aroused in those photos.
