What one question would you ask in the case of Lisa Irwin?

Deborah and Jeremy- Why did you wait almost 2 days before you went before the camera, and public?

If DB doesn't drive, how does she manage to do things such as go shopping for food, for the kids, for herself, etc? How close is the nearest shopping center? Did she walk with Lisa in a stroller? Did she have to wait for JI to get home from work? Did she take a cab and haul a child seat with her? Did she have access to a babysitter during the day to allow her to do these things? I don't drive but I have access to everything I need within a few minutes walk of my house so I would take my baby in the stroller everywhere. I'm trying to get a sense of DBs entitlement to her adult time, as she put it. If she doesn't drive and the stores are too far to walk, her freedom to do much is hindered greatly. This could lead to some discontent and maybe even misery, I would think. Did she depend on her brother(s) to drive her around regularly? What about bus services in the area? Sorry, lots of questions again.

Rugen Team Investigations, LLC Missouri Private Investigator
Something in the works in the next week that could answer a lot of questions in one piece of the puzzle in missing Lisa Irwin case. Cross your fingers. It could bring fewer persons in question and some out of the suspect picture.

from Rugen's FB. my question is: what is this information, and what kind of "source" did it come from? :innocent:

hopefully it is something legit. i know we're all hoping for news around here.

Who is Rugen? Are they connected to this case in anyway or are they just like a Bill Warner with a theory?

Ron Rugen, he is a private investigator in KC. he is working this case on his own time, apparently. he has interviewed MW a few times and he has been on WS radio.

Has PNs house and/or his car been searched? Has a cadaver dog been in either of these? I haven't checked this yet.

I have a question for a local. There is an area kind of north east of where that old casino is. From Google it looks to be some kind of gravel pit, materials type of place. Was that area ever searched?

Yes.

Another consented search.

I'm not sure this link states that but thanks. This is what is stated at the link:

Police & FBI now gathering outside home where #BabyLisa's parents are staying. yfrog.com/kggi4uoj

Where is a link stating that the house was searched (with dogs) as well as the car?

Sorry, but that seems to be the only kind of link to this that still works. This is the date they searched his house. There used to be several links that worked that showed the dogs there. I *think* it was the same day that the initial dog hit search (consented search - not search warrant search) was done. If it wasn't the same day, it was in that time frame.

How long has PN lived in that house? I have his addy as the Lister one. He is, what, 20? JI buys a house when he is 18 and Phil rents a house when he is 20?? I don't think I've ever heard of such a thing. Who can afford or have credit at 18 to buy a home. What 20 yr old rents a home? They usually get an apartment.

Are there connections that these guys have?

This is how cheap some of the houses in that neighborhood are selling for. The house he PN is living in this neighborhood so rent is probably cheaper than an apartment.

This one is on the very next street over from his house

I guess I am not understanding this obsession of them moving out at and being responsible for their housing at a young age. Housing is cheap here for the most part and right now with the housing market tanked, it is cheaper to have a house than an apartment in most cases. I moved out at 18 and have never lived in an apartment. My oldest moved out at 18 and has never lived in an apartment. We are by far not connected in any way to any kind of money. We simply go to work and pay our bills.

Renting a house is major upkeep and responsibility. Yards, lawns, water bills etc. Most young kids prefer to live where there are other young kids..IMO.

I guess you are telling me KC is a very different part of the world. I have not heard of an 18 yr old qualifying for a mortgage...UNLESS there is major money or it was gifted. Houses are dirt cheap in the neighborhood. Makes you wonder why ole JI was having money problems.

So Phil lives in this rental home all by himself and must enjoy the family lifestyle of a rental home..hmm. Interesting..not too long ago it appears he was staying with DB. What does he do to support a house and all its upkeep? He must be very mature and have excellent credit. Heck, renting an apartment here requires excellent credit and major money.

I still say renting a house as a young kid w/o a family is crazy...MO. Lawn mowers, etc..all required. Water bills...sheesh!

$32,000 for a house in KC. :thud:

Whisperer, you are thinking like earlier generations. Nowadays, young people buy homes because renting is just throwing money down the drain.

Was Jeremy 18 or 20 when he bought the home? I think 20. That Lister home right now is worth 117k according to zillow. If he took out a 100k 30 year mortgage at 5%, his mortgage payment would be under $700/month. That is a reasonable monthly payment. Parents could have helped with down payment. That happens a lot. Parents could have also co-signed on the mortgage.

Phil renting a house as opposed to an apartment I would think is a positive, rather than negative thing. Shows maturity.

Thanks,

JI purchased it for about $80,000. His house payment is very low. There shouldn't be a problem financially....but that's all I keep hearing.

How far away is Phil's house from the Irwin house?

I agree with you about not understanding why they have financial problems. In my state (New Jersey) electricians and plumbers charge a fortune. It's a well paid occupation.

I can't find Phil's rental address. I suspect he did not change it officially when he moved to the rental. He may still get his mail at DB's place. I know that legally one is required to change their address on their driver's license, etc., but many 'transients' do not. Take MW, for example, moves around every month.

I read that the Lister house had been foreclosed on. That would explain why it would be cheap. .. HOWEVER. . you have to have at least 3 yrs of a financial credit history to qualify for a mortgage. I know this, because my ex was self-employed and we couldn't get a mortgage until there was a 3 yr history of employment. There is no way JI could have purchased that house without a co-signer or without paying for it cash outright.
