If a boyfriend or gal pal was involved... I suspect they'd have given her up before now and the case would be much stronger.

So, how strong is their case?

She is going to have to be an extremely strong woman if she remains involved with Lee as she has to contend with CA. Talk about a MIL from h*ll! I would lay down so many ground rules with Lee & CA about my child, future children, CA's involving herself in their marriage etc. CA would be an absolute nightmare for a MIL. Ugggg shudder the thought.

You know something has been bugging me.

With all the crimes in he past couple of years using cell phone pings, why was KC stupid enough to not know they would be able to do the same thing to her phone??? i.e. Melinda Duckett - LE was all over her cell phone pings when Trenton went missing.

That makes me wonder if she did it throw EVERYONE off.

I want to know where this "blackjack" phone is that KC seems to stress during her jailhouse "coded" call with Lee.

Couple of questions come to mind:
1) Did KC work for Lee in a not so reputable job (i.e. phone sex/escort)
2) Did LA provide KC a "blackjack" phone for the work (i.e. phone sex/escort)
3) Did LA clean up KC's computer of "business related" info. the night he went to TonE's to pick up her things and computer
4) Did she REALLY delete pictures of Caylee from her myspace as per Jesse G. (was that really his "code" or way to let them know to look for deleted items???)
5) I hope they look at all of LA cell phone calls/pings!!!

I think Lee is probably busy with his job. And maybe working on trying to get Casey bailed out (as per LP re: keeping in touch).

Lee was at his parents house when LE came to arrest Casey. You could see him outside as Casey was taken away.

This last time, Casey wasn't arrested at her parents house - she was arresting in the bail bondsman's car. So you must be talking at least one arrest back.

I believe that is possible. I have reasonable doubts as to LA being involved in any way.

I also believe he knows in his heart that Caylee is deceased. We have seen George & Cindy's reaction to this type of news and they certainly don't want to hear it from their son.

That being said, I do wonder why he wouldn't agree to a polygraph and submitting DNA samples.

The DNA..ornery maybe? As far as the polygraph goes, I think he is scared that it will show he is being deceptive because he does suspect his sister and he doesn't want to be in the position of outright "telling" on her.

Yeah, you're right. On the other hand, they all say she was a great mom... Anyway, I was really setting up a hypothetical situation where LA has a missing child, and CA is the one talking to the press. I think that we might say that she is the normal one too.

I have seen many crummy mothers act like loving moms when other people are around, but aren't so great when not in public.

He's probably in Puerto Rico on the assumption "looking for Caylee", but he's really just running! He's got something to do with this and he's been MIA too long.
