Hey to you! I'm about 20 blocks south of the complex off of 49th Street. :great:

Hello to you all from Pinellas County! I visit that area frequently. My Folks live near Largo, few miles from Clearwater. My Mom follows this case but they are now up here in Ohio for the summer. Glad I have someone to watch the trial with!
She cracked me up when I told here there was speculation about Pinellas County. She asked if we could drive back to her house and watch jury selection. :floorlaugh: Just from watching the news my Father thinks Casey did it, but can't believe she did it. Does that make sense? :waitasec:

:welcome: Mz Harleywood! :)

If jury selection is in Pinellas County or Hillsborough County (Tampa) will the defense stay at the Hard Rock hotel?

Now that would be ironic.

I just thought of something! If jury selection is to be in Pinellas county, it's very possible that the jail in Orlando will escort Casey to the jail in Pinellas County on Sunday, as that's where she'll be incarcerated during jury selection there. :behindbar

I watched a case in Nevada and the trial was moved from Reno to Las Vegas, and the defendant was brought from Reno to Las Vegas jail on the weekend before the jury selection/trial began.

Someone needs to drive by the jail a few times tomorrow and see if there's any Orlando sheriff cars in the parking lot. :)

A Pinellas County jury may be interesting.

Does anyone remember the young, 20 something girl who just this last year was convicted of murder for stabbing another girl during a fight over a boyfriend?

This girl, convicted by a Pinellas County jury, was young, pretty, petite and innocent-looking.

I think I may like a Pinellas County jury.

Haven't read back yet...didn't know there would be anyone on here today doing jury location watch...should've known better  but is it for sure in Pinellas County?

Going to read back now...:run:

ETA Okay, I see it's still anyone's guess...

This is fun! I love all our posters who are in these area's keeping "jury watch." Thank you all so much!! I can tell you with 100% accuracy that the jury will not be coming from my county in Florida... Lee County. If that helps. :seeya:

It's as easy as the last thing Nancy Grace said at the very end of her show the other night, "It's as easy as following Casey when she leaves the jail". More than likely we'll know as soon as Sunday evening.

WPBF 25 News investigative reporter Terri Parker called the jury service manager in each county to find out if any one of them seems more prepared for such a large event in just a few days.

The jury manager in Pinellas County said they've summoned the regular number of jurors for next week, and nothing indicates they are preparing for a big murder trial jury pool.

The Hillsborough County jury manager said they also haven't summoned any additional jurors and is "positive" the Anthony jury selection isn't happening there.

Palm Beach County also has not summoned more than the normal 3,000 jurors. One third of those summoned usually report. Palm Beach County Clerk of Court Sharon Bock said her office has not received any notice to get ready for the Anthony jury selection but could scramble if need be.

Respectfully bbm

...unless she's already been moved, and was enroute this morning while everyone was watching Cindy get turned down for her visit.

It would say "Orange County Sheriff" on marked cars but I recall LE used UNMARKED dark colored
SUV's previously when transporting her. Darkened windows also. I think security will be very tight for ICA and will probably take her to the site after dark.

I may be wrong, but that's exactly what the Pinellas County jury manager should have said. Right? But that not what people were told.
