That may have been a reference to a different crime... this (Closs' murder) was def. premeditated and first degree ... imo.

There's a 20 year old on the roster that was booked for 2nd degree murder, being held on $1 million bail.

He was booked at 4:01pm which is before the suspect was captured by LE at 5pm.

I just got a Yahoo News alert that Jayme's been found! I know you all know but I just found out and omg! Wow!!!

I just heard as well! Amazing!! I'm so happy! I know she's been through a nightmare and that she will have a long road ahead, but she's ALIVE!!
