No tire marks here -

And unless they were using a '58 Belvedere as a getaway car, things like anti-lock brakes and traction control make leaving rubber on the pavement something you generally have to try and intentionally do - even in something like a Dodge Demon. I wouldn't think someone would leave very little evidence at a crime scene and then choose to leave a tire calling card, ya know?

It appears that the driveway may be paved so no tire tracks there. Even if there wasn't paving the initial LE would likely have wiped out the tracks.

the cars. I don't understand how they got color from a camera that gave such low quality images at night. I still think they have someone that had real eyes on the cars, there may be a camera that recorded them too, but in that area as far as the road is from homes and no street lights, I don't see the color comeing from a camera. if they had real eyes on the car maybe they could do a sketch?

Thanks for sharing that; I had not heard of this case. This type of scenario is pretty much what I think happened to Jayme's family. Some crazy guy stalked them, killed mom and dad, and took Jayme. I hope it was because he wants to keep her. Because the option is that he just wanted to use her. If he wants to keep her, then there is hope she is alive.

It's definitely a gravel driveway...

I think just the start of the driveway is gravel; I've seen other pictures where it's paved (like under that sherriff's vehicle there). Let me look....

Okay, I know there are photos of this, but the video in this post shows the driveway itself is paved. The poster even indicates it's at 1:53 (after the 30 second ad ).

It’s in the Darden wire interview, they have camera on 8 somewhere, bad video, they went to actual manufacturers of cars, made them sign NDA, they confirmed.

One possibility on the car(s) is that there was (hypothetically) a particular car at one of the mini-marts (well-lit) in Barron at 12:45 am, and a similar car passing the casino at 1:10 am. That doesn't mean it had anything to do with the crime, but I can see why they would want to find that car. I see that both the SUV and Challenger are still on the Amber Alerts.

FBI does this 24/7 for living and they weren’t certain...I’d bet your angle is one of the possibilities...

I don’t believe it’s random.. with 2 cars in driveway visible.. you’d have no idea 2 or 6 people inside.. guns or no guns..

Rhoden murders it took them 2 years with 5x the evidence... were 90 days in..

Police said no struggle from jayme...
Only way I would believe quick robbery is if perp totally messed up first 10 seconds... can’t kick door in .. James grabs gun barrel and plan is screwed from there..

Still think perp knew house... they have POI or two and they need relationship to dissolve to get break or someone to talk..xmas message was basically...narc on your friend or brother.. u know they did it....

Could be wrong...

I agree with your assessment re: not random. The cars in the driveway certainly signal that more than one adult is present, and extended family could live there.

It also is perplexing that it appears Jayme didn't struggle, but there are no directions on how to act in such a situation.

No tire marks here -I picture I remember put the tread marks on the road under the two black vehicles at the bottom of the picture. If this was one or more young men (17 to 24 y.o.) who had just committed a crime like this on purpose, they very well might have come down that driveway whooping and hollering and beating it out of town, leaving those kind of tire marks. Also, I doubt they left there feeling particularly bad or guilty about themselves.

Go to 29:30 in interview... that’s where he discusses cars...

Maybe, but I'm not entirely convinced that this is asphalt...

Agreed gun at your head your gonna do what they say.. I would just think.. u don’t know them there refusing to go further than 5 ft ... you’d freeze or hide with the dog...

If she knew them maybe explains it.. but if she just heard parents executed... I’d buy bolting out door... to catatonic walk outside closing glass door and getting in car...

Fair enough; it could be well-oiled dirt, I guess? I personally think it looks paved in the photos I saw earlier (this same topic was discussed a while ago (shocking, I know)), but even as I looked at the still of the driveway when I found the video, I had second thoughts but just rolled with my previous opinion. Shrug. Either way, it doesn't look like there are "tracks" of any kind, no?

It doesn't appear so. No horseshoe marks, either. :) But now that this has been brought up, I thought there was mention that the dog(s) lost Jayme's scent at "the end of the driveway". Maybe they didn't pull all the way into the driveway?
