So they still are no where to be found?

What a precious free spirit Reena was. I can see her and Caylee together somewhere playing dress up and then running in the rain. Sweet souls taken too soon.
 
Don't have time to look upstream, but in the comment section at SN's link above ... isn't Bigred Matt Reena's Dad? Pretty sure someone found this back at the beginning of the case.

His comments leave me scratching my head, seems like the facts are pretty clear. Did the drugs & drug paraphernalia belong to the dog?
 
In April, she dove into the water behind the house to retrieve her fishing pole and had to be saved by her father, who remarked that she showed no fear of the water.

According to several residents, it wasn't uncommon for Reena to be seen wandering around away from the house.
According to someone who had known the couple for a few months, the girl was often dirty and neglected.

According to the complaints, the woman said Williams seemed incoherent.

When the woman went back to the house, she said, neither Williams nor Danish appeared to be upset or looking for the girl.

So glad they will be held accountable. Never a better case to set an example.imo. They failed big time. I hope they are charged with animal abuse as well....they should be!!! WTH is wrong with these people? That poor, poor child. May she RIP and her carefree spirit run wild forever more.

No new info but so many beautiful pics of this angel. I'm so glad to see these parents being held accountable. My heart goes out to the neighbor that likely will never forgive herself for not doing more.

My kids are 12 & nearly 17 yet I keep a closer eye on them than these parents did a toddler. This beautiful child should still be alive and well and she would be if she had been born to almost any other family. Senseless.

I hope they are charged with animal abuse as well. As sad as it is, there is a darn good chance they would get more time for animal abuse than the neglect of their beautiful child.

This part was new to me:

Poor Ms Naylor and the remorse the is feeling. Reena's mother should be feeling that pain instead of her!! Jenna's mug shot doesn't appear to be the least bit sorrowful.

I have watched for a photo of the father to be shown ... this is the first photo of the father that has been linked to the thread, and I haven't seen one in the news media previously. The mother looks as if she is stoned in this photo.

Sadly, drug use and drug paraphernalia being found in the house was not a surprise.

I can't bear to look at Reena's picture. It's just too sad for me. My heart is broken over this story. I'd really like to get my hands on that "mom".

I agree with your thinking that the parents should be held accountable. They failed to care for their child which resulted in her death.

Also, I feel the community should take pride in their part in bringing justice for Little Reena. They were on-the-scene witnesses for the neglectful child care that Reena received ... and they did not fail to speak up to help bring justice for Reena.

Do we know if the dog belonged to Reena's family? Whether it did or not, If Williams and Danish were aware of the condition of the dog "Coya" that was found on their property, not knowing how large this property is, then I sincerely hope they are charged accordingly. It is unspeakably cruel that anyone who saw this poor dog would neglect it over the period of time it took for the dog to be in such horrible condition.

In more searching of the premises authorities found a dog “Coya” on the couple’s property who had been severely neglected. The toenails on each foot were extremely long causing the foot to flatten and the toes to curl up. It was covered in fleas and had an extreme loss of hair to the back half of its body. There were open sores on rear legs, underbelly and back. The dog was lethargic."

I was thinking that last night, but didn't mention it. That dog was being eaten alive by mange parasites...and probably a couple of parasitic worms as well; which can be passed to children thru the dog's feces....and she was running around barefoot alot..from the reports.
We may hear of that if the testing was done and/or they were suspicious of it. imo

What truly careless people they are. I'm betting we are hearing just the tip of the iceberg. :furious:

I saw pics of him on FB before they were removed. He was sitting in a recliner wearing only a pair of shorts...(not underwear) holding Reena. Can't tell in mug shot, but obvious he liked his cheetos and beer. IMO.

Wow does she just look evil or what? The drug use is very apparent on her.IMO
