The fradulent use of personal identification, according to the arrest report is referring to the use of Amy's bank account number.

Well, the complaint date is also 7/8, so the offense date is wrong, the complaint date is wrong, or someone was really on their toes and knew the same day someone forged their checks and used their identity.

Oh my dear God in heaven, bella....there goes any chance of accident. Dear Lord. How "absolutely" EVIL. OMG...this really DOES shock me.

I can only imagine what Cindy will come up with to refute THIS. Can there be ANY sort of innocent explanation for CHLOROFORM???

I had a huge post typed up with my theory of things that could be LP's shocker...but this certainly wasn't on it! Glad I saw your post before I hit submit. I saved it since I think it still contains an idea or two to kick around, but will post elsewhere later on.

:rose: Caylee :rose: Sweet little angel baby, what you must have suffered from your OWN MOTHER's hands!

I can barely stand this, y'all...wish we could all be together, in person, to support each other. I love all of the dedicated, good-hearted folks here...you guys are the best.

:grouphug:<~~ All I can offer from here, but it's sincere and I hope you can feel it.

Wow I will have to say if this is the "shocking" evidence, I am shocked too.

I can't think of one good reason that that chemical would/should be in the trunk. Last I ordered pizza this was not a topping.

Oh Caylee, this Mommy did not deserve you!

Just when my stomach settles from one revelation or interview with Cindy it is sickened again.

This makes me want to :scream:.

I'm not shocked I'm sickened. The zanax and trunk theory has been posted here for a long time. There is no way in my mind that drugging your child and putting them in the trunk as a babysitter is an accident. Chances are greater that the child will die than survive. DP!!!

LP is not getting the correct updates.
He is under the impression that CasA 6 new charges are the charges from last Friday. He just said it.
These are 6 new charges filed today. He seems confused.
Hard to keep up.
Sure hope he isnt planning to get bond and try again.

I just posted a new thread with a link to a long long interview from today with LP. He explains himself from what he said last nite on Nancy Grace. Lots of his ideas in the video if you are interested.

I had some thoughts earlier about what Leonard's shocker might be, but didn't submit the post when we learned of the chloroform. But in case that wasn't what he was referring to, I'll post it anyway, see if there are some ideas we can kick around. I'm sure he'll tell us more on NG!

I hate to even let my mind wonder into the territory I'm about to broach...please bear with me, trying to think this through as I type it...

Remember how Cindy has been suggesting that urine might be what was "mistaken" for decomp in the trunk? I remember her trying to question Dr. K. about that a while back on NG, saying (like last night) that she herself at times had left Caylee's dirty diapers in the trunk til they could get home and toss them.

What if....instead of merely trying to point away from decomp....she's also trying to plant the seed with the diaper theory that there is a reasonable explanation for actual urine/bodily fluid stains from Caylee to have been in that trunk? You know that LE has gone over it with a fine-tooth comb. What if they found several separate urine/fecal/saliva/mucous/vomitus stains, as in Caylee was put into that trunk multiple times while alive and suffered greatly on more than one occasion.

LE has said there is other corroborating evidence they haven't released to the public -- but what if they did release at least some of it to Cindy, maybe sat her down and said, "Look, here's the hair decomp and the air samples, and then we also have x, y, z. There's no doubt she's gone, Cindy." Or maybe LE shared more with Baez to motivate him to get Casey to accept the limited immunity, and then he in turn shared with Cindy...or...could be she has known everything from the beginning, right from the horse's mouth. In any of those scenarios, while WE might not know what the other corroborating evidence is, Cindy very well could! Her comments about the urine may have dual purpose (refute decomp/explain pre-death bodily fluid stains).

So...what if Leonard has also been made privy to or somehow come across further forensic results. Could this be the type of "world-shocking" news he refers to, additional body fluids or toxicology on hair from a dead Caylee; or the same from a live Caylee (such that it shows a pattern of horrible abuse); evidence she was left to suffocate in that trunk (scratch marks from her tiny fingernails leaving trace blood/tissue DNA) -- perhaps evidence she was IN that bag at some point?

I've always felt an accident of some sort (perhaps drowning) happened with Caylee at her family's home (hence dog hits on areas of the yard), and that Casey panicked and put Caylee in the trunk to dispose of her. I really didn't buy into her having stashed a live Caylee in the trunk while she partied (besides risk to Caylee, there's the risk of her waking and screaming and Casey being found out).

With each day that passes, however, I'm less skeptical of theories I once thought were just way too out there. I still tend to think accident/coverup and that it could have included unintentional overdosing, but I now wouldn't discount the Xanax=ZannyNanny theory that many of you have had from the get-go, and perhaps we're gonna find out from hair toxicology that she was indeed drugged (if not Xanax, perhaps massive benadryl doses...and if she weren't stashed in the trunk while Casey partied, perhaps she was simply drugged to get her to sleep so she didn't interrupt mommy's fun whenever she was dragged along to places she shouldn't have been).

I sure PRAY TO GOD IN HEAVEN that not one single bit of ANY of that is true. Unfortunately, there is the very real chance that whatever shocking news LP referred to could be one of VERY MANY things we've kicked around here. And while it might shock the general public, maybe it won't really shock those of us who have followed the case indepth. It would take a hell of a huge something to shock me at this point.

People...this is where CINDY ANTHONY has caused my mind to go. I have come to believe that ANYTHING she says is somehow a total perversion of the truth, leaving me to wonder why she is REALLY saying it.

I swear, she has made me so suspicious of her every word, and I am so totally NOT normally this way. I try to work off whatever facts we have in a criminal case and not draw too many inferences or conclusions on all the what-ifs. But at this point, if Cindy were to even casually mention that she'd left some muffins on the counter the morning they left, I would be wondering why she mentioned it and whether she might really be trying to set up an explanation for opioids in Caylee's system (they were poppy seed muffins, dontcha know!).

Ugh. I hate thinking this way, but I just can't help it. I have to wonder WHY Cindy Anthony says every single thing she does (even the seemingly most innocuous of things) and HOW it could possibly benefit Casey's defense.

As horrible as Caylee's death is under any scenario, I want to think an accident like drowning happened; that Casey went into a panic and tried to hide Caylee's body, and that she put Caylee in the trunk AFTER she was deceased. I am really afraid we're going to find out she suffered in that trunk while she was ALIVE.

This is exactly why Caylee's body HAS to be found -- so that LE will hopefully be able to gather all they need forensically to put it all together. Sadly, it's all on them (and on the rest of us when we can help in any way with physical searching, kicking around theories, researching, praying). Our little angel is not coming home if the family can help it. I hope our prayers are answered soon.

Now, after having learned of the decomp and that there can be a chemical reaction with urine that results in chloroform, perhaps that's the reason Cindy keeps bringing up the urine, diapers in trunk, peeing in sandbox and playhouse, etc. Maybe there were traces of it found in all those spots?

http://www.local6.com/news/17377554/detail.html

Leonard Padilla and missing Caylee Anthony's grandmother, Cindy, appeared on a national talk show Tuesday night.
....
Padilla then said in the upcoming weeks, the country will see some revelations in the case.
....
"When the FBI, who has got some of the finest labs in the world, comes back (with findings), it is going to shock the world over something Lee, Casey and Cindy have known since Wednesday when they released their preliminary findings," Padilla said. "And also, the Dumpster located a mile and quarter away from the boyfriend Tony's home is going to play a big part in this."

Oh boy..............

Something that Lee, Casey, and Cindy have known about since Wednesday?? If it had to do w/ something Casey did, then wouldn't she have known before Wednesday? Is this something new then that Casey hadn't known about before but does now?
And it's something that Cindy and Lee know about know, but Cindy still insists Caylee is alive?....
i wonder what this is....
i'm going to read ahead and see what you guys are all thinking...
cuz you're guys are sooooo good at figuring stuff out!!!

Koblinsky just poo-pooed that idea. I have been around pools all my live and dealt with small children in the pool - and have never heard of a reaction between pool chlorine and urine.

Hum, wow. Does anyone remember LP saying he thinks Caylee may have fallen off the balcony or down the stairs at the boyfriend's apartment? I remember reading where someone was talking about Casey having to chase Caylee because she was heading for the stairs there. Interesting.

He said that on the phone call with that tennessee girl on myspace.

This was Clint house durng his interview with Greta.

I wonder if George is omitted deliberately or inadvertently?

maybe dna tests determined that george is caylees biological father

maybe tests done on caylees hair from the trunk showed evidence of exposure to drugs, ie meth or xanax?

Yes, he said it was extremely unlikely (the urine/chlorine = chloroform in car thing). As I originally mentioned, though, I do wonder if Cindy is making a point about the urine for some reason other than to refute the decomp -- maybe there are other urine stains in the trunk that indicate Caylee was trapped in there multiple times. Or maybe her little bladder emptied upon death and there are both decomp and urine in the trunk and Cindy wants to say that the urine isn't from Caylee's death but from previous instances of diapers having been tossed in the trunk.

I don't know, Gaia...that woman make my head hurt trying to figure her out. I just feel like everything she says serves some ulterior purpose in defense of Casey. Frustrating.

Pool clorine and urine (high levels of amonia). would not react to form chloroform. They would react to release chlorine gas. (remember how they always say not to mic Bleach and Amonia as a cleaning solvent. This is why).

Now chlorinated pool water would not release a noticeable amount of gas. certainly nothing harmful. You would need to be using the concentrated comercial pool chlorine such as the heavy duty chlorine tablets used at public pools. Normal household pool chemicals probably would not have enough concentration to react much. (and by comercial pool chlorine I mean that you would have to literaly pee in a bucket of the actual chlorine tablets, without mixing them with water. And even then it would need to be the heavy duty comercial ones)

One other reaction to keep in mind is Chlorine (pool chemicals) with petroleum products, such as gasoline, motor oil or hydraulic or break fluid. But once again, while some small traces of chloroform may be released, it would be wildly overwelmed by the vastly greater quantities of lethal chloring gas... not to mention the fire (chlorine reacts violently with petroleum products. One of the most common causes of garage fires is storing oil or gas on a shelf over the pool chemicals... drip drip drip woosh!)

Listening to the (satellite radio) Dana Pretzer show Live Feed on my computer. Tuned in late.
TM was on but it was hard to hear him.
LP was also on, without interruption, and he talks and talks. Nothing new really.
He was referring to Caylee as "the kid," which really disturbs me.
He was talking about the dumpster and rhetorically asked why the car would be parked next to a dumpster and what do people need a dumpster for?
Basically he just said the same things he has been saying and he is willing to get another bond if Case talks.
Maybe his bombshell is yet to come.
He mentioned CinA, and LeeA,. He says CasA may have told them things last week, not sure if he mentioned GA.
Sorry folks, I know many are fans of LP. I prefer to listen to TP, the bondsman.
