Is there more information on Lee trying to hunt her down that day? I've never read up on that tidbit!

July 3rd was a big day for all of the players in this case.

While going through the timeline, I noticed that a lot happened on July 3rd and was wondering if anyone else feels that this could be a significant day. Here are just some of the things that I gathered that happened on July 3rd.

1. Troy Brown stated in his interview with LE that Casey became upset after receiving a call from her brother saying he was coming to get her.
2. Cindy was on vacation
3. Cindy posted “My Caylee is Missing on her MySpace
4. Cindy said that she visited Universal Studios in an effort to go pick up Caylee.
5. Cindy made several calls to Casey
6. Padilla says that Cindy sends Lee out to find Casey.
7. Casey text messaged Jesse that if her parents call him for him to just "Stay out of it" then left voice mail, "Something going on. If my family tries to call you don't say anything to them.
8. July 3 Casey gets a tattoo
9. Melissa E. spent about 5 hours with her Casey and she never mentioned her daughter

The weekend of July 4, is also the time that a new concrete slab was poured in the Anthony’s backyard.

Perhaps this day has something to do with why LE wants to question Lee. I wonder if they think that Lee may have found out the truth on this day.

I'm curious, a lot of people keep saying "new concrete slab was poured" ... I thought they put down the pavers, is this not correct? The pavers can be picked up and removed ... concrete can not.

IMHO, yes, 7/3 was a key date of transition for Casey and Cindy.

I'm not sure. Maybe rhis is Patrick B., the person who visited Casey in jail on July 24th, he claimed he went to high school with her and mentioned a Mike W. that Casey knew.

Also, if I recall correctly, I believe that it was rumored that Kyle is from Jacksonville and a person they are looking to talk in the Donna Jou case. Not sure if this is true or not.

Lee physically trying to track Casey down and Cindy's increasing pressure DID bother Casey.

After THESE incidents, Casey started having night sweats and nightmares. She also found and saved the hanging bear cartoon to her online images. (According to Tony's testimony the nightmares started when he arrived home from NY on July 5.)

I've always thought Casey's night sweats were from fear of her family closing in and getting caught, not from memories about what she did to Caylee.

mark my words, July 3rd on a comments section about an article on LA.

I completely agree that is ground zero for all things mentioned on this thread, and to add, review the cell phone activity and the house phone records for Cindy, and then KC and Lee and Mallory.. Calls and texts, I think she told LA the car was jacked with caylee in it and he didnt really believe her until the 11th, when it was picked up. But i think that she told him that because he came across something at the A's house or his own.

I have always been disturbed by the fact that Cindy wrote "My Caylee is Missing" on July 3, then on July 15, after being told that Zanny took Caylee, Cindy told the 911 operator that Caylee was "missing." Wouldn't most people say "Kidnapped?" A shoe goes "missing", but if someone takes a child, the child has been kidnapped and if a child disappears while at a store with you, you would tell the store security that the child was lost, but missing? To me, this language could indicate that there was a story that was planned out and the language of the story was rehearsed and used on July 3 and then again on July 15. When taken in context of the computer searches for "missing children" in March, it makes me wonder. Why the usage of the word missing vs. kidnapped?

In the beginning, I thought so too. But then I kept thinking about the 911 call from CA and it was so genuine not rehearsed at all. I just don't know what to think anymore.

Well this is strange. I never noticed this before but she has him in her sims under two entries (the phone numbers match).
