Actually, I don't think it's Miz Nancy's business why they're getting a divorce, and it would not have surprised me if he had said that. But considering all that has happened over these 8 months, it's not a shock to me. It breaks up many couples who have been married many years. One can only imagine the stress and strain of living with g/ma, dealing with the media and LE, the searches and still no Haleigh... it was a miracle it lasted this long.

The public notoriety is stressful but it is stress that can drive you together and to spend time at home. In this case they are going stir crazy because they are home, cannot go out so much BUT there is a lack of trust and honesty so they are each looking at each other funny, no true lovey dovey AND any minor argument from being together TOO much sparks into a major fight over her lies.

The honeymoon is over and the searches and new LE investigation created crisis over crisis. Ron may have used divorce as a threat to further pressure Misty and, she said fine because she wants to get away from the pressure and keep her silence/lies.

cyberborg, besides the public notoreity, do you think they are also in the spotlight with LE, too. So much, so that they cannot stand being together knowing LE is breathing down their necks, as well as the public scrunity?
By the way, thanks to all for the NG updates. I didn't see the show tonight but will listen later on Sirius radio. With all this show infor, I know what to listen for. You guys are great.

What has changed are the letters that have come out (whether partially true or not we don't know for sure), her mother being arrested for forgery after she publicly said she thinks MC is withholding information, her family moving out of state and being questioned by LE, and the public scrutiny about her inconsistent stories of what happened that night. Maybe he's just awakened to some doubts of his own about who he married? MOO

You are probably right TxLady2, it's not Nancy's business not is it our business he's heading for divorce.
But, you have to realize, he agreed to be on her show this evening on the cusp of the divorce announcement. What else would she question him about, his new suit, his attorneys?
You're right on though, it's a big surprise it has gone on this long.

Rons expression was immediately noticable by me. Yuck! He had some major male ego going on imo. I hope he knows what he's doing. Seems to me, he's one mad dude at his wife. With the way we know NG feels about Misty, I wonder who is influencing Ron, if anyone. But I do think he's being influenced.

I'm really concerned about Misty. Dang, girl doesn't have anyone. If she's innocent, and so far I'm leaning to her not being involved with Haleigh's disappearance, as I believe it was an abduction and Misty was asleep.

If Ron truly thought Misty had something to do with Haleigh's disappearnce, I believe we would have more than a sitsy down smug smirk interview going on with an attempt to retaliate against Misty publically. Of all the people and things I've seen in my lifetime. Everyone has said and done everything against Misty they possibly could. From her own Mother Lisa Croslin on the court house steps putting Misty and her credibility down, to now her own husband. She doesn't have anyone supporting her.

It's just too much of a gang mentality, including LE and media, the public now all of her family. Yet she's not arrested? Why? When the truth comes out, and if Misty is innocent, I hope new caring people come into her life. Shame on those who should have been there for her. I just can't at this point see her guilty and involved and LE not even being able to prove anything on her? No way! With all their resources. If she was gone that night, some would have ratted out by now, especially for that reward money.

Yes, I do!! I think the recent LE interviews and searching is the straw that broke the camel's back together with public scrutiny and disbelief of Misty. The bigger argument started around the time the pond was drained allegedly and I think that opened the door, the lack of truth and honesty surfaced instead of being buried so that's why Misty went off. Ron basically cracked under the pressure and got a real scare with the draining of the pond. All according to LE plans. Now they are holding LC to see what else they can get. Ron knows Misty is going down.
