At no time does the SA made a prosecutorial decision for death. Atty's don't do that - only jurors decide, all the jurors get to do if decide if aggravators are worth the dp.

I think AL should consider returning to her academic studies since she seems to be more impassioned with that role and discussing studies in court that have no direct link to defending her client, than actually using law to defend a client, in this case anyway.
