I don't think what AL did here today did anything to help her client, in fact, it may actually have best served the State as they consider how best to perform the prosecutorial function at the murder trial.

Interesting that she thinks she can pontificate about her opinions on the death penalty, and because of her passion in her belief, everyone should just disregard the law in Florida. Her preaching attitude is demeaning and disrespectful , first of all to Caylee, but to the court at large . . .

We don't really care what she "thinks", we care that justice is served in this case ......

Yeah Ashton! Says defense doesn't make any sense if dp was only put on the table to increase a weak case and then remove it when the case got weaker and then put the dp back on when it got stronger
Almost 3 when she died w/duct tape over face, any child would try to remove duct tape from her airway, must have been chemically or physically restrained. If chemically, perp would have to prepare chemicals in advance then apply duct tape. If physically, must restrained with duct tape, killer must look into her face and eyes, 1-2-then 3 pieces of tape. Could killer see her face as tape applied?
