I think JB was giving very important information. He said she wasn't there! Your living in a fairy land.
If you really look at that statement, you can see he is saying she wasn't there. Perhaps showing that they are not going to go with the accident defense. I found this to be useful information.
In light of that, he was giving important information. KB continued to interupt him and the other reporters until he finally he got frustrated and left. Thanks a lot KB for ruining it for all of us. I found the other reporters to be polite and move out of the way for him. She just ruined it for everyone. I wish she would be respectful and polite so we can all hear what he has to say. This was my take on it and IMO.
With all polite respect :blushing: I think the defense is going with the "poke holes in the prosecution's case" defense. Nothing wrong with that...except they, the defense have been telling any media outlet that would listen, that they have actual proof KC didn't do it. I would bet my life on the fact that they don't have said proof (life is very precious to me). Their client lives in a fantasy land where hot nannies babysit children for free...and in my opinion won't back off that story...so they are left with...trying to get an "ah ha" moment in front of the jury. There is nothing to suggest there was not a dead child (however sick and sad and depressing that is) rotting in KC's car. The only thing to me that is open territory is whether or not Caylee's death was gross negligence (duct taping your child's mouth shut and throwing her in the trunk because you'd rather boink your boyfriend) or accidental or intentional. Nothing I have read or seen about KC rules out intentional.
